Bring the magic of the sea to your little one's bedroom and indulge them in their dreams. This night light will help keep them calm and feel at ease when it's time for lights out with the LED Mermaid My Dream Light. With the remote control they can take control and decide which colour they would like it set to and if they want it on a timer.
It’s not your fault. We were taught that when we get all the ‘outsides’ right that then we’ll will feel happy and content..
.Get the degree, good job, house and family and then magically you will feel fulfilled. WRONG. Literally daily I encounter people desperately trying to project an external happy life, with most of them believing that if they just rearrange the furniture of their life enough (new car, promotion, partner, body etc) that then they will indeed feel satisfied..
.Let me be clear. There is nothing wrong with external success. I think its great. The problem is that unless your external success is achieved in line with your personal values and from a place of love (not fear) then you will not be satisfied. Instead, you will feel like nothing is ever quite enough (because you’ll never be enough) and your happiness will always be on the other side of you having, doing or being something ‘more’. .
If you’ve reached any measure of external success you know this to be true. No matter how much you achieve, if you don’t treat yourself like you’re valuable on the inside, you will not feel it… no matter how great the world thinks you are..
Inner work is the pathway to having BOTH external success and inner peace. If you wanna know our 4 step process to having it all (and feeling it) then follow the link to my training in my bio! it’s the gold!

A very special Christmas 🎄 this year with all of my siblings being in the same place at the same time. First to arrive is my brother, his wife and my baby nephew Otis who I got to meet for the first time tonight! 😚 We’re already best friends 🤜🤛 Also it’s so nice to see the gifts I make with their recipients - crocheted blanket and frog 🐸 rattle for the wee man. By the time I’d left neither had been vomited on, so hooray! 🥳🤩

We all face unexpected upheavals in life, business and love. Trauma and loss can overwhelm you, but it can also eventually lead to intense personal growth. The outcome often hinges on how prepared you are to put effort into building the pillars that successful people often lean on. Although the trauma itself can be negative, the experience of coping with it can lead to better personal relationships, self-confidence, gratitude, and spiritual development.
This was definitely the case for JESSICA GOH @lifeinconfidence . Swindled in a sophisticated property investment scam, she had lost all her money and was living a life of chaos and self-destruction. Desperate for love but attracting toxic men who were either married or defacto, you name it. She was stuck in a cycle of perpetual confusion, anger, and bitterness. Searching for someone to blame for why her life had become a bottomless pit of misery.

5 TIPS TO AVOID END OF YEAR BURNOUT🤯
Let's be real, 2019 has been a lot of "Slay All Day" & "Hustle" affirmations. With the end of year pressure cooker set to High, it can be hard to regather yourself to avoid burnout🦥
Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, & mental exhaustion caused by prolonged stress😣It occurs when you feel overwhelmed, drained & unable to meet demands. You begin to lose the interest & motivation that led you to do what you do in the first place – sound familiar?
〰️BE REALISTIC about how much you can get done between now & your break. Write a list or schedule in jobs. Split them into ‘essential’, ‘nice to have ticked off’ & ‘not necessary’. Only do what NEEDS to be done ✅ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
〰️ORGANISE YOURSELF, your studio/office, your tools. Go through files/emails/any paper floating around. Organise everything in line with your list. If something isn’t needed, bin it 🗑 Put essential items into your ‘to do’ pile. Everything else file away. If someone else can do a task, delegate. If something can be ticked off, get it done. Limit interruptions & get focused🧘♀️
〰️SET DEADLINES - communicate with necessary persons about what they can expect you to deliver. Reschedule meetings🗓 Don’t make it your 1st week back, you’ll only defer your burnout! Tell them to expect action in Feb if you can- remember underpromising & over-delivering is always a better strategy👌🏼
〰️SWITCH OFF - one of the hardest things to do as a business owner, is to 'leave work at work'. If you want to avoid burnout, you need to recharge🔋 Designate time in your schedule to switch-off. It may seem counterproductive when you're busy, but you will be more effective if you take time to recover🌻
〰️REMOVE TABOOS - don't bottle up stresses, speak frankly to friends/family about your struggles. Your network might be able to help out or make you feel better about what you're going through👍
⭐️Setting parameters puts you in a better position to stay energised for the rest of 2019 & focused for 2020😎
Here it is!! Feature Project // Arcare Parkwood
D E T A I L S
The clients brief for interior spaces looked to ideas of opulence, luxury and one off pieces. With this in mind, Arcare’s designated interior designer Steph Allen bought a two beautiful slabs of onyx, with the intention of mounting in the entrance walkway from the carpark. The original idea was to have the panels ‘floating’ off the wall with a soft backlit glow, to add some wow factor and give an opulent feel to the entry. We worked with Arcare to develop the idea, and settled for framed panels with no visible fixings and no shadows showing from the back of the panels. Additionally, the panels were designed to be removable so that the LED backlights and electronics could be maintained later if needed.
Swipe past the final product, to see a render of the design during concept phase, and imagery of the original slab of marble when purchased.
