Dancing Camel Leche del Diablo 5%
The @dancingcamelbeer Leche del Diablo has a pale yellow color with a frizzy white head that dissapears like a soda head. The nose is like a wheat beer with wheat, banana, apple, and Belgian yeast. The taste I get is wheat, banana, Belgian yeast, coriander, and hot chili pepper. It has a light body, light carbonation, light bitterness but a great hot ending.
Time for vaca... nah, no vacation in sight, yet. But as long as the weather is shit, or great you have an excuse for drinking beer, no matter it's a pastry stout, crisp lager or just a Negra Modelo Michelada with spicy rim and lime. Enjoy stuff and make sure to take things less seriously 🥳🤙
NEIPULA New England IPA from Winnipeg’s Oxus Brewing. What an awesome Sunday treat! Friends of ours brought me back some beer from Winnipeg. I don’t know too much about the Winnipeg craft beer scene but the can art on this one was enough to get me excited!
NEIPULA is a NE-style IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic and Vic Secret hops. The can says that it’s “Juicy. Nebulous. Cosmically Refreshing.” I can confirm that it is all of those things; and, the juicy tropical hop notes certainly hit the spot after hours in the heat yesterday… Awesome intro to Winnipeg craft beers!
Wallonia, Belgium, is known as the birthplace of the Saison. Wallonia's tiny town of Silly, 25 miles from Brussels, is where Brasserie de Silly helped build that reputation with its dark Saison recipe that dates back to the mid 19th century. Now in the hands of the sixth generation of the same family, the brewery has a number of styles on the market.
Brasserie de Silly's Stupid Silly Sour is a unique brew that blends 13 percent dark saison with 87 percent soured ale. It comes in at 5.5 percent ABV. This chestnut-hued pour boasts dark fruit notes against tangy green apple. Toasty oak and coriander spice come through on the finish. This beer is imported by Global Beer Network. 📷: @quinndar@globalbeer
