@tonyrobbins In Business Mastery, he said: yalnızca Only 20% of what we do depends on the method, 80% depends on the “state ((mood, mood, state of mind).“ We are much more influenced by the environment around us than we think. Our emotions affect our decisions, our decisions, our behaviors, our results. So I try to be in places where I feel as good as possible.
@ekimkaya If coffee is 5 TL in a neighborhood cafe, it is not 20 TL in a five star hotel cafe. Up to 8-9 TL. The difference in the “state of emotion ulan offered for a difference of 3-4 TL is very big. It's worth a lot to pay the difference. Where you enjoy being, you inevitably become a different person. Your creativity is growing. Not only at that time, but then also “I deserve such places” feeling, inevitably settles into your subconscious. This is what I call the goal to draw you to, rather than a frictional target that you have to constantly push yourself through. Much easier. Just give me the first speed.
Just think the opposite, it'il get clearer. You spent hours in a place that bored, overwhelmed the atmosphere. Won't your energy drop? Don't you get depressed? Will you remain productive? If your answer is no, it's obvious what to do. Capture the mood that will magnify you, within your means and by forcing them if necessary.
THINGS YOU SHOULD DO DURING PANIC ATTACKS ESPECIALLY:
–List the capitals of all the U.S. states
–List the capitals of all the European countries
–List all the shapes you can see. Or all the colors. –List all the blonde celebrities you can think of.
–Pull up a random block of text and count all the As in it, or Es or whatever.
Now obviously, I am not a doctor. I am just an anxious person who has tried almost everything to help myself. I’ve finally realized that the stuff people recommend never works because this is a disorder that thrives on free time and free mental space. When I do the stuff I listed above, I can breathe again. And I hope it helps someone here too. (Now this shouldn’t have to be said but if the “do nots” work for you then by all means do them. They’ve just never worked for me.)
I must take full responsibility for my life. I have no one around me in my daily life that can push me or help me.
I have been as you know, through a period of deep deep heartbrake and devestation.
I have cried from the bottom of my heart, I have screamed like a wounded animal.
I think I felt the pain of all of humanity, being seperated from Source. I thought my heart was gonna explode.
Many of us feels sense of loneliness somewhere deep inside.
The loneliness of being seperated. The pain of loss. The loss of unconditional love.
But isn't this why we are here?
To remember who we really are and finding light within us?
Remember ourselves as Divine, as part of Source.
And many of us are here in physical form this time to learn Selflove.
And how can we learn that if we don't lose it first...? Experiance the feeling of loss. And of desire. Of longing.
I have just started my days with stretching and breathing to my favorite Dema Premal mantras.
This is part of my healingpath to find the light within....
It is great to hear Whanganui DHB's bowel cancer screening programme is being launched on Tuesday. We strongly encourage those that are lucky enough to be in a screening area to participate, it could save your life.⠀
However, we are frustrated at the time it is taking to rollout this programme to the hundreds of thousands of people still waiting around NZ. As of Tuesday, only 9 out of 20 DHB's will be running a bowel screening programme and the rollout started in July 2017! Currently the last 5 DHB's won't get screening until 2021.⠀
The DHB's running a bowel screening programme for those aged 60-74 years old are Waitemata, Hutt Valley, Wairarapa, Southern, Counties Manukau, Nelson Marlborough, Hawke's Bay, Lakes & Whanganui.⠀

I wanted better for myself. And I knew my self esteem was too traumatized to function healthily enough to support a truly happy and healthy heart and mind. So I dedicated my life and soul to healing this part of myself no matter what! It consumed my time of every day and night for 10 whole years, no less. No amount of time or money that I could afford on this endevour was too much. And I literally saw many a nights turn into day, studying, contemplating, processing and learning. I turned EVERY leaf between science to the miraculous to educate myself. In this time, one type of person became apparent to my awareness - The Narcissist. My whole life has been plagued by narcissistic abuse because I lacked self value and any understanding of the necessity of boundaries. I ran away from home at 15 with no idea that I was a prime target for narcissistic abuse. A perfect morsel. Naive with a believing heart. Even during those 10 years of learning and healing I was a prime target because I still had not fully become aware of what a #narcissist actually was or the fact that I was a PERFECT source of food for them! Well I know know. I'd say I am a near expert. And I stay vigilant every day of the signs and red flags of an approaching *narc, or of one standing right in front of me 🤨 And I do this to protect the integrity and purity of my ever giving heart because without strong and clever boundaries my heart will cease to work with any true value and quality. It will cry like it use to when I first ran away from home. Weak and abused. Because narcs have NO boundaries. And if you do not have any boundaries or a check point where you take the time to check and assess, they WILL destroy you, thread by thread. It's what they do. It is their M.O - modus of operandi.
I learned that to have a healthy and happy life I HAD to become vigilant and aware of people like these because they are drawn to your shiny heart like an animal to blood. And their only goal is to tear it apart to fulfill their ever aching soul because that is HOW. THEY. FEED.

Boxing and martial arts, are about structural awareness. Boxing, martial arts, yoga asana, and any movement performed with an introspective attitude will lead to the awareness we are seeking. It’s better not to focus completely on form and external looks, but more on internal feeling and directing (energy force) which will produce an outward perfection almost impossible to reach through externally focused methods. At a higher level there is no form but through a deep internal awareness the perfection of form is found. It’s a meditation through the physical. There are many tools (boxing martial arts yoga) but the goal is always the same. The journey is inward. The yin energy (internal soft) must be nurtured, this is the true power, and as the yin rises and expands from within it explodes as the fuel of the Yang (external hard). At TT we have methods of training to increase this sensitivity and inner discovery. The further we travel along the road of boxing martial arts yoga, the more we reveal of ourselves to ourselves. But what does that give you??! Self knowledge is the only knowledge.

Happy #ocdawarenessweek to all of you. Thank you for being brave with your life, for reaching out, for making this community feel warm and full of hope. Thank you so much for trying the best you can every day. Things always can get difficult and messy, unbearable to the point of painful, but know that just by going through all these difficult feelings, without trying to get rid of them is the noblest and most courageous act you can do to yourself. I know it may seem counterintuitive to sit down and go through the motions, but only when we are able to do this, we can appreciate lovely feelings with greater gratitude when they arrive. Because we start to understand that no feeling lasts forever.
The present, the only place where we need to be.
There is nothing we can do about our past, we can only learn from it. It’s okay to feel sadness, grief, and even regret for events that we could not control and for our own errors. Humans, we are only humans.
There is nothing we can do about what will happen in the future. There are only things you can do right now to cultivate your passion and your values. There is no use in worrying about something that hasn’t happened yet, and if it does, there will always be a times and space to feel what needs to be felt.
The present. The greatest present you can give to yourself.
Right here, right now,
Should I eat breakfast?, if so will it mess up my blood sugar levels? How many carbs does it consume?how much insulin should I take? My blood sugar is a little high do i try and adapt it by taking more insulin? What activities and how much energy will I burn? Will this lead to a hypo? What food have I got incase I have a hypo? How much should I have if I go low? How long do I go the gym for? What will my friends think if I hypo around them? Do my friends know how to help during a hypo?
EVERYTHING I DO AND EAT MUST BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION AS IT EFFECTS ME AND MY BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS.
WRONG DECISIONS CAN LEAD TO DANGEROUS AND SOMETIMES FATAL MEASURES.
POORLY CONTROLLED DIABETES CAN EFFECT EYESIGHT, SENSES, FEELING IN YOURFEET , SICKNESS, HEADACHES, SLOW HEALING PROCESS
Type 1 diabetes can be exhausting, and frustrating
I know it's a controllable disease but sometimes I know people can forget that it requires ALOT of hard work and effort.
BIG SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE TYPE 1 DIABETICS MAKING EXTRA DECISIONS ON A DAILY BASIS.
KEEP FIGHTING AND YOU WILL GET THERE.
Your biggest setback is worrying about what other people think of you. Drop that shit sista because it holds you back from everything you can achieve. Focus on YOU. Do the work, be disciplined and aware, embrace the process and take 100% responsibility of YOURSELF.
THE STRAITJACKETED SOUL
In the financial disaster of the late 2000s, hundreds of smart, rational people lost trillions of dollars’ worth of wealth. How could such smart people have been so foolish? These people knew the system, knew how the markets were supposed to work, and had managed billions, if not trillions, of dollars. And yet, almost to a person, they were wrong—and wrong to the tune of global market havoc.
It’s not hard to look at that situation and understand that greed was some part of the problem. Greed was what led people to create complex markets that no one understood in the hope of making a quick buck. Greed caused other people to make trades on strange pools of debt. Greed prevented anyone from calling out this situation for what it was—a house of cards just waiting for the slightest breeze to knock it all down.
It doesn’t do you much good to criticize those folks after the fact. It’s better to look at how greed and vices might be having a similar effect in your own life. What lapses in judgment might your vices be causing you? What “sicknesses” might you have?
And how can your rational mind step in and regulate them?
