Until my white breath vanishes
Friskily dashing through that street
In the town visible from the hill
A flower called 'you' will blossom again

[Pavilion for the Insane] and blue prints
Constructed in 1910
Enlarged and converted to a Nurses' Residence in 1938
When completed in 1910 it stood 100 feet directly south of dormitory 5 & 6. The distance between the two structures was substantially diminished in 1938 with the addition of a two-story plus basement wing constructed of brick at the northwest corner of the original building. A second story of brick was added to the original pavilion as part of this enlargement.
Photo taken within the hallway of the building looking North East.

garrett & the seaside | I attribute the resurgence of black and white film in my portfolio to @g.gyr, as he gifted me this roll of @ilfordphoto | do check out his work because it’s lovely | 35mm + nikon af + processed by @thedarkroomlab
I went wandering recently. this trip had no destination, predetermined or otherwise. I drifted out of my body. the exact moment escapes me, which is fine. most things do. most things go roaming, one way or another. my patience wears thin these days, waiting for this process to realize & actualize itself. some things need circumnavigating, and in this case, that couldn’t be more true. sometimes you can’t wait for things to leave you. | 35mm @ilfordphoto + nikon af + telephoto lens + processed by @thedarkroomlab
I posted this earlier, and, as usual, accidentally archived it. once that happens I really hit a wall with my Instagram functionality. no hard feelings. anyways, here is my dear friend @g.gyr, floating in one of santa barbara’s most interesting trees. | @ilfordphoto hp45 + nikon af + telephoto lens + processed by @thedarkroomlab
