Today was bittersweet for me! As I watch my oldest but baby girl take her 1st set of Senior pictures with her best friend Shanel Biscette. I didn't cry at the shoot. But as I looked her pictures from 11 yrs ago......and the tears started to fall. This little girl can have every breath in my body. She has truly made me see things in a different light and made me a #proudmother I wouldn't trade her or give up on her for anything. She is my child!! My baby girl. Here’s some fun back workouts that I like to do that doesn’t require much. There is nothing too special about these 2️⃣ workouts, but I am a big fan of them. The reverse fly and the front raise. You can treat these as a warmup, or use heavier weights and incorporate this into your back workout.
You want to use a bench and set it to a incline. Grab 2️⃣ plates, I used 1️⃣0️⃣lbs plates, but use whatever is comfortable for you. Sit on the bench and rest your chest on the upper part of the bench with your feet on the ground. Perform a fly, or raise your arms laterally and bring them down as if you were going to hit the plates together, but I just get real close but don’t let the plates hit. Repeat this anywhere from 8️⃣➖2️⃣0️⃣reps. After that set you will immediately raise the plates in front of you as if you were lifting something up. Lower your arms back down and repeat anywhere from 8️⃣➖2️⃣0️⃣ reps. Give it a try and @ me what you think.
