Sitting here waiting on everything to heal, swelling to subside, etc... I can't help but get excited to see my final results. The photo on the left was in the very beginning of my journey and the one on the right a few months ago (way before skin removal I had 3 weeks ago). Did I need to go through the pain of skin removal? You wouldn't think so by looking at this photo... but underneath those pants was a wrinkly crooked flap of skin left from my c-section scar and excess bulge of skin no one could see but me and my husband. I did take photos and cannot wait to show you guys the results once everything is healed and I'm recovered. .
Sometimes I get a little hesitant about everything I share on here because I know later on I'll get all the comments saying "Oh its because she had surgery" so I want to make sure to share as many of these before/afters (pre-surgery) as possible to encourage anyone out there thinking they're gonna look bad after losing a great amount of weight. I could've gone on without getting this fixed but in the end it's about making ME happy and polishing off all my hard work I've done up to that point. .

📒 First few weeks for me was starting with what I knew (eliminating known carbs), learning about macros and finding what my personal macros were (on @ruledme keto calculator), and googling, finding info, and learning as I went. Soon, I started measuring and tracking and made sure to hit personal goals. You don't have to be an expert, you just have to try your best!

Good morning.... it’s transformation Tuesday ✌🏻 I’m not lie I have been having treats and not saying no... but after a lovely bank holiday with my family and boyfriend I’m 1000% back focus... I go away in 3 months I have brought my first bikini so my goal is to look lovely it... I’ve came a long way already... I’ve nearly lost 4 and half stone! My little brother weights 5 stone so in a way I have nearly lost a kelvin as me and the boyfriend keep saying 🙈 but everyone is allowed an treat now and again but no matter what I keep pulling it back yesterday I was on plan 100%, this photo makes me proud and happy with how far I have came alone!
