May's Color Street Foundation focus is mental health awareness. ♥️♥️♥️
I know this hits so close to home for many of us!
Personally, I have gone through suicidal depression as well as ppd. Those are horrible things to go through alone. These two foundations help young adults and students in education and advocacy. ♥️♥️♥️ These release Wednesday!

If asked “what is the one thing you miss about your life prior to having kids?” Unequivocally the answer would be “using the bathroom ALONE”
I know there’s a lot of you with me on this one 🤣😂
Healing breakfast in God’s sunlight: organic mixed berries topped with almond yogurt, flax, toasted coconut, gentle sweet blend, and trying some grassfed Greek yogurt again this morning. I tolerated a small amount last week. Let’s see how I do today.
Don’t forget to ✨shine✨ today. Be yourself. You are enough 💖

This is Lili. She’s a VP of a major construction company, lover of makeup & the Miami sun☀️. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Lili’s love of makeup led her to Nicole Wagner, makeup artist & Rodan + Fields leader. She noticed Nicole’s incredible skin (even with no makeup on at all) and wanted what she was using ASAP. So she bought the products. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Within 3 days Lili noticed a difference in her skin and in 2 weeks, a complete 180 transformation. Now she wanted to try EVERYTHING. She found herself purchasing the biggest kit for the biggest discount and becoming a consultant. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Lili jumped in and made the time to help women get great skin and start businesses of their own. She now has an extra 4-figures going into her bank account each month as she prepares for the arrival (& expenses!) of her first child. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is just one of many stories similar. Lili is so grateful for the opportunity that Nicole introduced her to and is now able to help so many other women have the time and financial freedom that she does.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To all the #hotmess mamas...
I know you’re exhausted and running on caffeine to make it through another day hoping you won’t be up again tonight.
I know you’re trying your best to be the best mama you can—and you feel you’ve earned a big fat F right now. (And you may or may not give a big fat F about it right now, but later you will.)
I know you feel swamped with responsibility and guilt because you can’t seem to get it right.
I know scheduling a hair appointment requires international negotiations so you can go A L O N E to enjoy some pampering...and then feel that guilt again.
I know you wonder if what you’re doing is worth it, and you worry how your children will turn out.
I know you don’t let it show—because then you’d be seen as a bad mom. You wear your cool mom mask, even on the worst days.
I know, because I am you. Every day.
Remember...you are not alone. On your best days you are not alone. On your worst days you are not alone.
You got this, mama. And wine. You got wine too.
The information I have shared with you over this past week for Oils of the Cross, was taken from 3 books, all of which you can purchase for your own further reading and understanding.
1. The Holy Bible
2. Healing Oils of the Bible by David Stewart, Ph.D.
3. The Essence of Jesus by Matthew Tart
Baby boy and I will be relaxing here until 1:00 😂 no, but really. Brian is taking his next actuarial exam today and can't have his cell phone in the testing center. Poor daddy is so worried I'll go into labor while he's testing, but no worries, we are allllll good 💙
It is amazing how much our lives have changed in a year. Me leaving my job, Brian is getting closer and closer to his goal of associate actuary, and we're adding another baby boy to our family any week now. Life is amazing. God is amazing.
Ladies (and gents) we should never settle. You want something more?! Then go for it!!! Don't let fear, especially fear of what others may think, ever hold you back. I've been there, done that, and I can tell you I regret letting that fear hold me back for so long.
So get out there and crush those goals and dreams, and forget about what others may think 👊🏼 you do you, boo 😘
I used to think working from home online was a complete scam. I didn’t think it was possible at all.... until I did it. .
Starting from scratch and building a business selling used clothing online to now helping women make and manifest more abundance into their lives, my soul is completely lit up.
I needed to find this opportunity to help my family so I could be present with my son. I’m also thankful that now that I’m going to be having surgery next week to remove my implants, I don’t have to worry about “taking days off” or a boss getting mad at me because I work from the comfort of my own home. .
I didn’t plan on sharing my implant removal because I felt it was such a personal topic but I know many women are struggling with the decision to do the same. I’ve been diagnosed with hypothyroid, which after reading about breast implant illness, the same symptoms can be a side effect of having implants. .
I’ve always been into personal development and growth but lately my awareness for mind, body, spirit is on a whole new level. One where it is a huge priority for me. With that said, I’m looking forward to removing these toxic bags from my body and what it can will do for my health and wellness 🥂
Find your people. Trust them enough to let them push you when you need it. 💕
Kids are getting very confident now with their bikes, enjoyed a very sunny day.
Do you remember when was the last time you tried something new?
How daunting it felt? Like first time you rode a bike, a car or swim?
My most recent “daunting” experience was placing dental implants 😆 What’s yours?
Working from home means I get to choose where and when to work (some days I work from the couch but most days I work at the kitchen island); but that also means that I need to have the discipline to stop working.
Being able to work anywhere and work from my phone is a blessing and I love the flexibility that provides. But sometimes it’s a struggle to put the phone down and be present.
Have you ever observed a group of people at a restaurant and every single person is on their phone instead of interacting with the people they’re dining with?! When did we stop paying attention to people and start paying attention to screens instead?
When you work from your phone it’s even harder to put it down. I definitely struggle with this and fail at this more often than not. I’m learning how to set boundaries but I’m not very good at it.
I take Fridays off (no work, no email, no cooking, no cleaning, no laundry, no errands) but I still find it difficult to put the phone down. I use my phone to stay connected with people, to take pictures, and it’s how my kids let me know when they need to be picked up. And because it’s fun to scroll social media in my downtime. (That sounds so lame now that I’ve said it.)
Since there is only one more Friday left in the month, I am committing to keeping my phone turned off for the whole day. Maybe taking a day off from screens will help me to have more discipline with this throughout the week?
Does anyone else struggle with this? What tips and tricks have you tried to help you be more intentional about putting down your phone?
Six years ago I picked up my cap and gown and prepared to graduate from law school. I had anticipated that moment for so long. I didn’t always know that I wanted to be a lawyer, but the moment I realized it, I pursued it with a dogged tenacity like nothing else I had ever done before.
I had everything planned perfectly, and for a long time, all my plans came together perfectly. I was a straight A student in college. I had a decent LSAT score that got me into just about every single school I applied to—all 26 of them. I was waitlisted at Cornell and UVA, but I never tried to get off their waitlists because I decided to stay local. I joined my law school on a partial scholarship and with a fancy title they gave top entering students.
My first year of law school, I joined two law journals, became active in several student associations, and started working as an assistant in the law school’s career services office. I landed the summer federal judicial internship I wanted, assisted with more judicial decisions that any previous intern, and lined up some awesome opportunities for my second year of law school.
Then something unexpected happened. I didn’t make law review. Long story short, law review is (traditionally, stereotypically) the thing you do when you’re a top law student. It opens the doors to many other opportunities. Soon after, I found out I didn’t get callbacks with some big firms for my 2L summer.
I was disappointed as it was really the first time I had ever faced rejection on the path to my dream. I wallowed a bit and was jealous of those who had received the opportunities I thought I wanted.
But then something else happened. I realized I had a different path in store than the one I imagined. I dug into that realization, learning more and more about who I was and who I was meant to be.
Several years later, I can draw the same parallels with motherhood. That path of self-discovery—realizing your reality may not look exactly like what you imagined, but still loving it and finding yourself in it—it’s all the same.
The road bumps aren’t there to slow you down—they’re meant to steer you in the right direction.
Last day at the beach 😭! I don’t want to leave!!! We’ve really been having a wonderful time but I wanted to share a few of the more ridiculous moments of the trip so you don’t think I live in an Instagram perfect world 🤪. 1️⃣ When we got to the resort Hunter was having a complete very loud fit, had dirty diaper and projectile spit up all over the entrance to the hotel 😬.
2️⃣ One night no one wanted to sleep🤪AT ALL. We’ve gotten pretty lucky the rest of the trip though.
3️⃣ Bath time without our official baby bathtub has been a spectacle. We have to pack light because of the plane and could only bring so much. Think lots of screaming and crying from everyone including me. Anyone have any ideas?
✨I love sharing pretty, edited photos but real life with twins is just as messy as you can imagine. People pretty much stare at us too. Despite that, I still believe that travel with them is worth the effort!✨
Molly aged 5 (6 in a few weeks) and Elliott who is 19 months , we love supporting small businesses and this one sounds right up our street! We are always colouring something! Especially Molly! How exciting! #rorys_reps#WAHM#shopsmall#reps#elliott10
Oh my gosh this is totally me and I don’t even have kids yet 😳🤣 Who else is guilty?!
Just your typical early morning bathroom selfie 📸 My morning routine is what keeps me going. If I skip it... my whole day is off and I’m grumpy.
My routine is nothing amazing or complicated, but it’s a few things that I know get me going for the day. Do you have a morning routine? Can you tell a difference in your days if you skip it?
What are people saying about my Foundations of Fitness program? SUSTAINABLE CHANGES!
No, we aren’t doing fasting or Keto or calorie counting. That stuff comes later. The first step is to establish basic healthy habits. Then you can layer on different nutrition templates like those. But those will not last if they’re not based on habits!
I’d love to have you join us and help you as you create your own healthy habits!
