Then I added carrots, fennel, zucchini, broccoli, and of course the shiitake mushrooms. At the very end I added sime tofu cubes. After boiling and cooling the soup, add the miso paste and pepper to taste, some fresh parsley and green onion. But, as we learned from several market-goers picking roots from Monroe Organic Farms at the Boulder Winter Market in Longmont, Colorado, celery root is becoming a popular addition to winter farmers market hauls. It is said to have a subtle celery-like flavor with a potato-like texture. 🔥Говядина в мятном маринаде с сэндвичем из овощей🔥 . ☝️А вы знаете, что сэндвич изобрел лорд Джон Монтегю, IV граф Сэндвичский. Он был страстным игроком в карты и однажды, проведя за столом более трех суток (вот герой!), велел подать себе мясо, «упакованное» с двух сторон в кусочки хлеба — чтобы пальцы не испачкать. Так, благодаря азарту, появился новый вид бутерброда. С тех пор времени много пришло, и сэндвичи эволюционировали. Их делают даже из овощей☝️ . 📣А потому — вуаля, представляю новый кулинарный шедевр. По его названию можно предположить, что автор провел у плиты пару-тройку часов, измучился, но изобрел-таки ужин от которого осталась в восторге вся семья. . 🙄Насчет восторга утверждать не буду (мои домашние изрядно избаловались и теперь их сложно чем-то удивить), но мясо понравилось, сыну, а овощи так я готовлю уже очень и очень давно, потому как именно такими их любит супруга.😉 . Итак, что нам нужно: 🔻Филе говядины или телятины 🔻Пучок мяты 🔻Уксус бальзамический 🔻Уксус яблочный 🔻Соль, сахар, перец, оливковое масло . 💡Для овощного сэндвича берем: кабачок, баклажан, томаты, сыр, который больше по душе. Мы предпочитаем моцареллу или адыгейский. Адыгейский дольше держит форму и не течет . 🔹В блендере пробиваем мяту, 2 л масла, по 1 л уксуса, 2 л сахара и 1 ч л соли. Добавляем перец по вкусу. Обмазываем мясо этой смесью, запаковываем в фольгу и отправляем в холодильник на 2 часа. 🔹Мясо в фольге отправляем в духовку на 15 мин при 220 градусах, снижаем до 180 и держим час. После снимаем верхнюю часть фольги, включаем на 220 снова и держим еще 15 минут. . 💡Если хотите мясо «с кровью», то уменьшаете время. Если прожаренное и мягче, то держать при температуре 160-180 нужно часа полтора. . ☝️Теперь сэндвич. Овощи нарезаем дольками. Вниз идет кабачок, потом помидорка, потом сыр, а потом баклажан. Всё это посыпаем солью, специями и ставим ненадолго на гриль . 💡Перед подачей можно полить соусом. Я предпочитаю вустерский или нечто подобное. . 😉Вот и всё, друзья мои! Приятного аппетита😉 . К слову, я только месяц плаваю в @mevis.swim ⠀ Короче, оказалось, что при грамотном подходе и распределении сил плавание, бег и вел отлично работают в комплексе👌🏻 ⠀ А что про питание, я все так же не ем ни мясо, ни рыбу🦈 ⠀ А у вас как с питанием: курица или рыба? Или вег?😉

It's interesting cause I just finished one interesting course about #mindfocus and one of very important rule was not - not to eat any kind of #meat for 5 days (duration of the course) and that was very difficult for me! I love our planet, I love animals but I eat meat from my birth. My Dad is a hunter and a fisherman, and all my life I eat wild meat and all types of fishes. Of course I understand if I'm in #Asia it could be really easy with a lot of #fruits , #vegetables and #herbs . And when you don't use a lot of #energy for #workout and #study it can be pretty easy as well. But now it's not really warm weather for me plus intense workouts and daily study...
