We turn a blind eye, do nothing to show them we disapprove and when this is shared it is flagged and removed for being GRAPHIC? WTF is wrong with us? Let’s just add that in addition to turning our backs on an entire nation of helpless beings, we are rewarding these bastards by “honoring” them with world wide celebrations and accolades. Are you kidding me? THIS IS THE COUNTRY WHERE THE 2019 WORLD DOG SHOW is being held in a matter of days. Guess what? That is pouring MILLIONS of dollars and press into a country that is so sick and twisted I don’t know if the devil himself would go there. After this week of celebrating DOGS- do you know what happens in June? The YULIN DOG MEAT FESTIVAL. YES. YUMMY! Let’s celebrate how dogs are companion animals with special lectures and demonstrations one week and turn right around to slaughter thousands and eat them the next. BTW- the reason this dog was being beaten? Vs a quick death? To make the pain endorphins flow through its flesh.... to make it taste better. SHAME ON YOU CHINA. SHAME ON US WORLD.

Summer Hummus Salad 🥗
Anyone else craving those summery meals you can just eat outside while getting some sun? This one is actually from a while ago and it’s just as simple as some fresh greens, grated beet and carrot, a big scoop of homemade hummus and sprinkled with toasted seeds and smoked! Though it was a lighter meal it was satisfying and super fresh!
A perfect salad to eat on the go or at the beach!
Tip: if you take your salad to eat it on the go, and you like to season it with a good dressing (just like me) either keep it on a smaller container and pour it over the salad only when you eat it or put the dressing on the bottom of the container - before putting the salad - and then give it s good shake before eating! Otherwise, your salad is just going to go all bad!

Homemade Vegan Buddha Bowl 🥢.
Zutaten für 2 Personen:
Für die Bowl:
▫️300g Brokkoli 🥦.
Für die Marinade:
▫️1,5 EL Olivenöl
▫️3 EL Erdnussbutter (creamy oder crunchy) 🥜.
▫️2 EL Agavendicksaft
▫️1 EL Sriracha
1) Den Tofu für mindestens 30 Minuten abtropfen lassen; in der Zwischenzeit die Marinade zusammen mixen
2) Wenn der Tofu abgetropft ist in kleine Würfel schneiden und dann für 20 Minuten in den Ofen bei Umluft 200 Grad
3) In der Zwischenzeit können alle weiteren Zutaten in die gewünschte Größe und Form zugeschnitten werden
4) Nachdem der Tofu gebacken wurde, wird dieser in der Marinade für mindestens (!) 10 Minuten eingelegt. Je länger der Tofu eingelegt wird, desto geschmacksintensiver ist er am Ende
5) Während der Tofu in der Marinade zieht den Reis nach Anleitung kochen und die Champignons in etwas Öl anbraten
6) Wenn der Tofu fertig gezogen ist wird dieser in einer Pfanne scharf angebraten. Gleichzeitig den Brokkoli 🥦 in einem separaten Topf leicht andünsten.
7) Wenn alle Zutaten fertig sind, kann die Bowl angerichtet werden und mit den Frühlingszwiebeln sowie Sriracha garniert werden

Buddha Bowls sind so vielseitig und können nach euren Belieben angerichtet werden. Wie wäre es beispielsweise beim nächsten Mal mit ein wenig Obst wie Mango 🥭?

Fancy finding a 100% vegan Italian as soon as I hopped off the Metro... Grabbed some slices of freshly-made pizza at @madenitalydk and my tum was super happy and full of doughy goodness.
Mushroom pizza topped with lots of 'shrooms and vegan cheese - triple tomato pizza with all the juicy tommies.
This was freaking GOOD stuff. Bases were light and crisp, toppings rich and full of flavour and each bite left me wanting more. They've got so many pizza options (pesto potato, bbq seitan, spicy, pineapple, you name it) plus lots of pasta and dessert. Honestly wish I'd visited more than the once because this beat every pizza I've ever eaten.
Epic leftover veggie sandwich 💚
Chicago style Italian bread toasted with evo. I had a Florida avocado that I bought pretty ripe a few weeks ago and stuck it in fridge to use in a day or 2 but, I forgot about it. Idk how this guy survived but, it was the most perfectly ripe avocado and tasted amazing✨So I mashed that up with some lemon and salt. Digging around I saw some chopped romaine I had leftover from a salad and a tomato roughly sliced in the fridge as well. So I just added some olive tapenade and red onion salt & pepper. Omg yes🙌 😋
