Hey, here's something everyone in the world can relate to: Sometimes my mind is just not shimmering rainbow colours of happiness. 🌈😮
Sometimes I get in the funkiest of funks and all I want is chocolate and puppy cuddles. And SOMETIMES, I feel bad about that, because I convince myself that as the founder of a company called HAPPY Healthy Women, I should be pooping sparkles everyday. 🤔
Here's what I DO do everyday. I DO recognize when the sparkles have turned into clouds of smoke right away, and I immediately take action to move myself out of that mess. I read, meditate, journal, look at my goals, and most important of all, I surround myself with people who get it and are always bettering themselves too. 👭👭👭
This weekend I head to #thewestintoronto for a two days of mindset shifting, business building and personal growing with some fabulous people who light up my life and I CAN'T WAIT! .
These moments are when the Unicorn within is literally on her back with carrots in her mouth and pumping @ladygaga with a huge smile on her gorgeous face. 🦄💖🦄💖🦄
