So many of us have taken that first step to get started.
What amazes me is the number of people I see asking for more information in groups over and over again.
These are the people that lack ambition to do anything.
They THINK they want to do something, but a couple days or weeks later and these same people are asking for information on something else.
If you have ambition, and really want to do something, take that next step and really follow through.
Scared? Fine, be scared, but you can’t be any worse off that watching the same sitcoms every night doing nothing to improve your life.
Try something new!
You just might find you like it, and may even succeed!!
Today was rough. The whole workout I was thinking about how tired I was and how much I didn't want to workout. Today what I could give to my workout was about 50% of what I can normally do, but it was still 100% of what I had, and that's what really matters!
You're not going to want to workout every day. You are going to have days that you just don't have as much to give, and that's okay. Surround yourself with people who encourage you and keep you on track, then get it done! Do you need people? DM me about joining my team!
