Oh the difference!!! And I didn’t even actually start my weight loss journey until June 2018! Mark my words.. I’ll be down 100 lbs before I hit my year mark! And to be completely honest I probably would have reached that already if I didn’t allow my injury to slow me down! I say allow because there’s no damn excuses. But proud not a pound was gained back! We all have shit days every now and then. All of us. No matter how ‘perfect’ we aspire to be, and no matter how many things we promised ourselves we would do, sometimes all the things we wanted to achieve just can’t happen in one day and that is perfectly okay.
