Summer is coming ☀️ Was war das bitte für ein geiles Osterwetter dieses Jahr? 😍 Zwar bin ich absolut noch nicht in Strandform aber daran wird fleißig gearbeitet 👌🏻. . Woche 1 der Diät ist geschafft und nun bin ich auch voll im Modus 😈🤘🏻. . Das Einzige was mir momentan auf die Nerven geht, ist dieses ständige vergleichen und nachmachen 🙄. . Nur weil etwas bei Person XY funktioniert heißt es nicht, dass es bei dir genauso klappt oder du dann genau so aussiehst 🤷🏻‍♀️. . Ich kann mir auch einen Trainings- und Ernährungsplan einer Bikini-Athletin, die beim Mr. Olympia gewonnen hat, ausdrucken und das Ganze nachmachen - trotzdem werde ich dann leider wohl am Ende nicht so aussehen 🤦🏻‍♀️. . Jeder Körper ist unterschiedlich, das was bei Person A super gut funktioniert, kann bei Person B völliger Mist 💩 sein❗️ Klar kann und soll man sich austauschen, man kann immer etwas lernen - aber letztendlich muss man diese Informationen filtern und sich das Beste für sich selbst raussuchen! 👌🏻. . Falls man das nicht selber kann, sollte man sich eben einen Coach an die Seite holen, der mit einem zusammen die eigenen Ziele steckt und einen auf dem Weg dorthin begleitet❗️. . Letztendlich liegt es aber dann an einem selbst, wie weit man kommt und ob es funktioniert. Denn auch der beste Coach geht für euch nicht ins Studio und passt auf, dass ihr euch abends doch keine Pizza reinschiebt ✌🏻. . Sem isso nada adianta, TREINO é o gatilho, ou seja, é o que estimula o corpo a precisar mudar, você ser sedentário não faz ele mudar 😂 . É o treino que fará seus músculos ficarem mais fortes e preparados pra mais carga, ou velocidade, ou resistência, o que você “solicitar”. . Você deve treinar todos os músculos para não parecer ridículo com braços grandes e pernas de grilo, 5x na semana para um iniciante tá ótimo. 6x só se tiver um acompanhamento nutricional muito bom e de um personal também para garantir que você tá dando l tempo certo pro corpo se recuperar pra você não criar lesão em cima de lesão. . Treinar 7x na semana só pra quem tá em um ambiente hormonal favorável e com uma vasta experiência pra garantir que dará certo, na grande maioria das pessoas vai dar merda, como? A imunidade ficará suprimida por não ter tempo de recuperar tudo sempre é você ficará doente o tempo todo e perderá seus ganhos. . Peso? Peso é importante mas CALMA, seus músculos tem maior forte e tensão que suas articulações, por isso é comum iniciantes se machucarem nos primeiros meses com tendinite etc porque tem a mania de “pensar” que estão fortes, se sua articulação não aguentar ela vai estourar. . Primeira regra, EXECUÇÃO 100%, você não é um guindaste, primeiro executa da melhor maneira, tente fazer 5 exercícios pra cada músculo grande (peito, dorsal, coxa) e uns 4 pra pequenos (tríceps ou bíceps por exemplo) e neles vá até a falha, quando você falha mostra que seu músculo não sustenta mais, ou seja ele precisará se reconstruir mais forte pro próximo treino porque você tá “PRECISANDO” disso pra sobreviver! . Corpo é instintivo ele só pensa em sobrevivência. . Vou falar mais de treino no próximo post, tem dúvidas ou sugestões? 🚀🚀🚀 .
