Today’s main dish was Hack Squat superset Leg press! Because I didn’t want to do the same shit over and over again and become a salve to normality
Also I was too hyper today to take 2-3 minutes rest in between squats
I was the girl who never took risks never went for something that scared me.
I played soccer my freshman year and hung up the jersey after cause I didn’t want to take the risk of dealing with another knee surgery.
I got Into a sonography program at Allen and hung that up after the first week cause I got scared it might be too hard and wasn’t for me.
I let fear, worry, and risk get the best of me. That stopped me on two very good experiences I know I missed out on.
They both have haunted me. So that’s why I decided to change. I decided to be the girl who went for it.
That’s what I did this time around. I went for it with coaching. I went all in cause I was tired of letting fear, worry, & risk win.
Usually the more fear, worry, risk there is, the better outcome is at the end of it. And boy is that right.
What if I didn’t do this and I was still the girl who didn’t go for something she is passionate about?!
If I can give anyone advice it is this, take that risk. Don’t let your fears or worries ruin a chance for you. BELIEVE in what you have to offer! BELIEVE you can inspire & helps others! STOP waiting for tomorrow, STOP waiting on the perfect opportunity to come up! MAKE a opportunity happen for yourself, CREATE it for yourself. What are you waiting for? YOU have people waiting for you to start your journey so they can be inspired by you to start theirs!
Average physique but considering I was 15 at the time. But I stopped training for year then started again, however this process occur for next 4ish years (on and off). I wish I kept on going, but there were limitations that stopped me on the way. From this 90 day challenge it’ll help and motivate into fitness journey to pursue my personal goal, from fat kid at school to, an overall healthy, athletic student.

Holidays are great 🐰🥚 part of why we work hard is so we can play hard. We probably took play to a new extreme this Easter weekend 🍫 🤭
