When Rooh Afza finally makes it to our tables from the back of our cupboards.😝
There's nothing like Rooh Afza on a hot summer day or in Iftar. The taste of this rose flavored drink boosts sugar levels and cooling ingredients refresh every cell in the body. In the 3rd and final Ashra of Ramadan remember to stay cool 😎

One of the most popular question in Ramadan is what is for Iftar? The Iftar is a meal that is used to break fast in Ramadan and is eaten after sunset. Traditionally dates, water and other snack items are served at the Iftar.
I have complied a list of my top items to serve for Iftar. See the link in the bio for the recipes.
What is your favourite Iftar item?
OMD these chops were about the best I've ever tasted! Succulent, so moist, soft and packed with flavour! If you're in London and looking to spend your Iftar Lebanese style, trust me you need to visit @alkhaymalondon in Ilford! They have set meals for Iftar, or you could get this platter, it's absolutely amazing! I've never tried Lebanese food before, Adam has and always said how nice it is, I was converted! I only wish they had a branch in Leicester now 😔 😭😭
You might have even seen me on a recent episode of Iftar Run on @islamchanneltv where we met the Owner and Chef who went through the most popular food they serve and we spent our Iftar with them also eating all this authentic delicious Lebanese cuisine goodness!
