#getoutsidesaturday in our favorite place! Although we never force ourselves to workout over a weekend away, we always enjoy ourselves more when we get a morning sweat in. There’s a dirt road in front of our family’s river trailer that’s perfect for running strides. Today’s workout was:
💧3x350ish meter fast run (.23mi) with a walk back recovery 💧3x200 meter very fast run with a walk back recovery
If there’s one thing we’ve learned over time it’s that you can fit in a great and enjoyable workout anywhere! And having parents to watch a napping baby and a sis to workout with never hurts 👯♀️💜
