🙋‍♀️ Pueden creer que últimamente escucho que no hay tiempo para cocinar 👩‍🍳, que es más facil comprarla hecha🤪, que hacerla ... 1. Siempre diré en todo sentido, que una comida es mejor hecha en casa que en la calle 🏡. 2. Sabes cuánto uno se ahorra si cocinaras y no compraras💰. 3. Controlarias mejor tu alimentación y tus calorías📃. 4. ➡️ Y realmente es el tiempo lo que te hace falta ⏳? o son las ganas que no tienes y no te permite organizar tus comidas como deberia ser, y si tal vez fuera "lo dificil que es", creo yo que sancochar no es cosa del otro mundo, a lo mucho te llevará 15 a 20 minutos cocer un par de huevos , unos camotes y una carne (cerdo, pollo, pavita o de vaca) y condimentarlas previamente  unos 2 o 3 minutos más 🔥🔥🔥. ⬇️ A  mi me tomo mucho tiempo poder comprender lo básico que es tener las comidas organizadas y tan solo me toma 1 hora diaria de mi vida hacerlas(ya sea de noche o de di) y no saben como me ayuda en todo sentido. Ahora les muestro mi almuerzo, tiene: ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 1 Carbohidrato: 🍠 3/4 de camote. 2 Proteinas:🥩 1 pechuga de pavita y 🥚 1 huevo. Grasa saludable: 🥑 1/2 palta. I made so slits in the chicken and stuffed them with asdas 50%less fat garlic and herb cheese spread mixed with spinach Wedges coated in garlic salt and parsley. Often times it is the way in which our food is cooked or prepared that make them unhealthy. Chicken fried in refined vegetable oils that are high in omega 6s and not meant to be heated are unhealthy yet by using a whole food crust and baking the chicken tenders they become a healthy satisfying dinner. For me it's all about taking my favourite foods and making a healthier version of them!

The last Orange Creamsicle Smoothie from the #smoothiereset did not disappoint at all. So fresh 🍊. It doesn’t really look orange, but it sure does taste like it.... . I’m beyond happy I found @loveleafco and got to try out her free recipes from the download. I’ve made lots of smoothies and have been using frozen cauliflower for a while but apart from the strawberry and chocolate one I gotta say that the ingredients combo of the remaining recipes were a really nice change from what I normally make. I really love the refreshing additions of the lime and orange. . . I will most definitely continue to make these as they’re not only low sweet ( #lowglycemic ), but also filling enough as a meal replacement (at least for me) because of the thickness (bonus chew factor, chew your smoothie/soup and drink your food they say) and added proteins and omegas. . . PS: Any tips on how to auto-focus those darn straws in Portrait mode? Como compensación por vuestro recibimiento os dejamos esta super receta para la que sólo se requiere de 20 minutos⏳ . Sepia con judías verdes🐙 . ¿Qué necesitamos? . -Sepia, 100g -Judías verdes, 45g -Aceite de oliva -Pan integral, 1 rebanadita . ¿Cómo prepararlo? . 1. Hervir durante unos 10 minutos las judías verdes. . 2. Escurrir y reservar. . 3. Cortar la sepia en trozos pequeños. . 4. En una sartén con un chorrito de aceite saltear la sepia unos 5 minutos. . 5. Añadir las judías verdes y saltear a fuego medio-fuerte hasta adquirir un toque dorado. . 6. Retirar y servir junto a una rebanadita de pan integral. . Enjoy💖

Blaze 45 and Prama at the gym tonight 💪🏼 The first picture is my results from my Blaze class. For anyone who hasn’t heard of it, Blaze is a mixture of running, weights and combat HIIT training. You can wear something called a Myzone belt which monitors your heart rate and provides statistics showing you essentially how hard you have worked. Red minutes rank highest, yellow next, green, blue and so on. So I was very pleased with today’s results getting 12 minutes in the red in a 45 minute class as my heart rate is naturally quite low as I exercise quite a lot so I find it harder to hit those red minutes. It seems really scary but you can work however hard you choose and for anyone who hasn’t tried it I would definitely recommend it they’re introducing it at a lot of David Lloyd clubs. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the vegetables. In a small bowl, add the TVP and boiling water, let stand for about 5 minutes. In a pan, over medium heat, pour the oil. Add garlic, onions, mushrooms, celery and green peppers. Cook until the vegetables are lightly brown. Don’t overcook them. Add the prepared TVP and the tamari sauce. Strain the pasta and add to the vegetables. Enjoy! *TVP is essentially soy and it contain a lot of protein 12g per ¼ cup. Ingredients: 1/2 cup coconut oil 1 cup 70% dark chocolate or higher (chopped) 1/3 cup cocao powder (optional) 2/3 cup sweetener (stevia/natvia/coconut sugar) 4 eggs 2 tbsp vanilla essence 1 cup almond meal 1/2 cup LSA- linseed, sunflower seed, almonds OR 1/3 cup coconut flour Instructions: Preheat oven to 180 degrees, line a 8x8 (20 cm) square tin with baking paper. Melt coconut oil, remove from heat and add chocolate (put in a regular mixing bowl after being removed from the heat). Let be for a few minutes, stir occasionally. Once chocolate is melted, add sweetener, vanilla essence and eggs, stirring well. Then add almond/LSA meal or coconut flour and mix batter well. Pour into prepared tin and bake for 15-20 minutes or until its cooked around the edges and moist in the middle. Remove from tin and cool on a cake rack or eat it hot Cut into squares and serve. If you want to spice it up a little take a coconut cream can and spoon it out leave all the liquid in the bottom (it has to be hard - store in fridge over night), add some cinnamon and vanilla extract and blend it. Looks like whipped cream but way healthier! Always be creative with your cooking and have fun with it! 😊 INGREDIENTS: Left-over Peanut Noodle Salad Favorite Vegetables 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes 2 Cloves Garlic [minced] 1 tsp Ginger [minced] INTSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a skillet at medium heat, add Oil, Garlic, Ginger. Cook for a minute. Add Soy Sauce and Red Pepper. 2. Add sliced or diced veggies. I used carrot, spinach, bell pepper cook until tender. 3. Mix in left-over salad and stir fry for 5 minutes. 4. Enjoy Chef’s note: - Great way to clean out the fridge of unused vegetables - Add sriracha for a different heat. The vegetable is one of the food items recommended by dieticians in the cholesterol controlling and weight reduction programs. It carries anti-oxidant vitamins such as vitamin-A, vitamin-C, and carotenes in small amounts on comparison to pumpkins. Vitamin-A is a powerful natural antioxidant and is required by the body for maintaining the integrity of skin and mucosa. It is also an essential vitamin for healthy eyesight. According to nutrition and you, research studies suggest that natural foods rich in vitamin-A may help the human body protect against lung and oral cavity cancers.
