The only battle ocurring in you, is between you and your negative thoughts with doubts. The biggest enemy you have is your negative thinking, and lack of confidence in yourself.
Don't let the past define you present, it was only a life experience not a life sentence.
You are more than a great job, awesome career, dream, life problems, worst disease, bad divorce, financial problems, unemployed, drugs, emotional and mental health problems. *
Stop looking outside for answers, and dig deeply inside of you without fear. Yes, you are more than all that combine together, don't forget who you are.
Believe you can achieve anything, act with coherence working hard and focusing on your life goal's. It's never too late to finish what you started, enjoy the process of that experience.
Don't forget that the school of life has different chapters for the 7 billion of soul's, to remember the connection with the divine consciousness. Let's focus in the basic of ourself first, because there is always alot to improve. *
You know that everything happens for a reason, we are the only ones that are responsible for our life that we choose to have. *
Stop being a victim and do something about it. Believe in you as a powerful divine energy. Try to do new things outside your confort zone, explore more to progress and make it happen. Believe!
You've probably heard that waking up early is good for you, right? With all kinds of different benefits, I would have to agree, but not just because it's healthy for you. Waking up early takes discipline. It takes work and consistency to be up and out of bed at the same early hour every day, and it isn't easy not to press snooze either. All for what though?? Getting up early in the morning frees up your time. There are hours in the day where the whole world is asleep. No distractions. Complete focus. If you start the morning off right, it sets the foundation for the rest of the day to be strong as well, and that is powerful. Personally, I love to use the morning to focus on myself. Whether that means working out or reading or any other self care, the morning is a very consistent time that I can get my stuff done first and then go attack the rest of the day with a powerful mindset and foundation from my morning routine. These hours are essential to my day, and I find that if I do sleep in, my day just isn't the same without that powerful morning. So what do you do in the mornings? Are you a morning person?
Do I miss being jacked n juicy? Absolutely!! But anyone who competes knows that lifestyle isn’t sustainable! You can’t push your body to the limits like that year around! 5 shows in 2 years was a lot for me mentally and physically. With that being said this off season for 2019 has been great so far. I’ve been able to spend more time with friends and family and enjoy things outside of the gym all while still trying to add on much needed density!
Legs & Booty Monday’s!
I choose to do a legs & booty on Mondays to start off my week strong! Normally I’ll add on chest or shoulders or something upper body, but I wasn’t feeling too great today. (Don’t forget to listen to your body!!!) But I do have to admit that difficult workouts at the beginning of the week motivate me for the rest of the week!☺️😊
