Reconnect to the WISDOM of your SOUL. .
We've all been given a body--to touch, to feel, to taste, to smell, to see—and, unfortunately, we tend to get too caught up in the superficial that we never truly experience the whole story of our true selves (and, by default, others). .
Our story may not be all butterflies and roses, but it's OUR story. .
Don't you owe it to yourself to want to know. . . everything. . . no matter what? Is it not what genuine love, compassion, and empathy are all about?
We ask it of others, but have we given it to ourselves? .
Why do we shame ourselves? .
Why do we project our shit? .
When we do this, in essence, we are telling ourselves that we are not worthy of our own time and energy—the valuable time and energy it takes to heal and become whole beings. .
If we truly desire love and respect from others, we need to have a real love and compassion for ALL our parts—ALL the parts we have and ALL the parts we’ve played. There is deep value in ALL that we’ve been through. Honor thyself. .
I believe it’s safe to say that most can appreciate a great mystery. That said, we are afraid of our own. Is that not twisted? When did things get sooo distorted? .
Time for FORGIVENESS and REBIRTH! .
Free yourself from judgement and criticism—if you only knew the details. . . if you only understood the why. . . you may just remember what true faith feels like. You may just remember how to feel love. .
It's no news that burning white sage removes negative energy. Especially if you are in to yoga, spirituality and esoteric teachings. White sage is great to clear the air after a fight or after a yoga class in a studio. However what's rarely told is that white sage clears out all energy. Both positive and negative. Leaving a void. So please be sure to fill this void with something desirable. Burn or diffuse herbs, incense, oils associated with the energy you want to fill the place with. 💕✨✌🏽️

💥BAM!!! Your fat loss came to a screeching halt!
1️⃣ Did you really Plateau?
At least 10-14 days of no weight loss.
Are you weighing yourself daily, first thing in the morning? and then taking the weekly avg of those weigh-ins.
2️⃣ Prioritize Sleep 💤
“But Zach, I only need 5 hours of sleep. I guess you could say I am lucky…” I get this ALL THE TIME… It’s cool if you can crush life on 5 hours of sleep…
Imagine if you got 8 hours of sleep, how much you would be able to dominate life!
Sleep is where we reset that stress bucket. More sleep = More Recovery = Smash that Plateau.
3️⃣ Nutritional Check In 🥗🍕
Are you eating enough?
Are you eating too little?
Are you tracking your macros accurately?
Have you been consistently hitting your macros?
Are you eating plenty of vegetables?
4️⃣ Increase your Intensity 💪🏻
Are you hitting your workout hard enough? There’s a difference between crushing yourself and not going hard enough. Find that sweet spot.
It’s as simple as, “are you just going through the motions and checking off the box? Or are you crushing your training most times you go in?
5️⃣ A Diet Break 🍪
Upping calories to your new maintenance levels for 3–6 weeks to recover physically and mentally and then getting back into the diet.
6️⃣ Change up your Workouts 🤸🏼♀️
Don’t be afraid of switching up your training. The best training program is the one you believe in the most and one that you can stick too for the long haul.
7️⃣ Take Time Off 🛁
Maybe it’s just a few days off. Or maybe it’s a couple weeks.
Time off is essential to help rekindle that love you have your training and also reset that stress bucket!
8️⃣ Increased Training Frequency 📈
Adding in more frequent training sessions can help with you smashing that plateau.
It could even look like you were training 3 days per week for 90 minutes. You split that to 6 days per week to 45 minutes each session. Thus your quality of workouts go up too!
Which of these points has helped you the most break through your plateau!? @theflexibledietinglifestyle
Celebratory car selfie??? For 3 THOUSAND BREHS ew lmao no that’s not a thing 😂😂 Uhg hi I’m grateful to have you and grateful for my Instagram. It seems silly to a lot of people but it has brought me more opportunity and growth and friendship, I cannot even write a list. If I was an app, I would be Instagram LOL. The world around us can be so dark sometimes and I just want people to be able to look at my page and see light. Be motivated. Inspired. And hopefully I’ve made you laugh at least ONCE. I get so many DMs from people I do not even know telling me THANK YOU for being me and it !means so much to me! Because as you can see I’m not your regular degular person and it feels good to have people who appreciate that! From the start In 2012, to having Haidyn, being a military wife, moving to Idaho, doing makeup, and finding my passion in health and fitness - my account of over 4K photos holds a vault of memories, words I live by, and lessons I’ve learned. So. To wrap up my speech I’d like to thank my mom @jewls9977 for birthing me and commenting on all my posts and being so supportive of literally every frickan thing I do and NOT thank my dad for never teaching me Vietnamese so I can understand what the ladies at the nail salon are saying. And thank you for being here. I can’t wait to give back to you. Love u❣️
