Stiff Arm Pulldown 3x15r.
Bent over Row 3x10r.
Single Arm Machine Row 3x15r.
Cable Seated Row 3x20r.
Rear Delt Flys 3x15r.
After 2 peak weeks this week is a recovery week for me so lowered intensity;
❕loads 20% reduced and sets reduced by 1-2.
❕focus on volume.
❕muscle activation and just keeping the body moving.
Will be back to training normally next week but for now I give the body some much needed downtime.
Dorian Deadlifts - kinda like rack deads except they really eff your aye...

1 year!! 😳 1 whole year since we made it “offical” and what a year it’s been!
In this last year we have moved me from Gold Coast QLD to St Mary’s Sydney, lived for abit then decided home is where the waves and the sun is for us both so we came back but this time together! To start our life together in paradise 🏝 🌞
Personally I think growth in anything equals happiness and through the ups and downs of the time we have been together we have both grown and developed as better individuals and together in our relationship so much! ♥️ I can’t picture my life without you in it anymore... all the little memories and sayings we use are imbedded in my mind & my heart!

"Exercise Progressions - to get strong and stuff 💪🏻💃🏼.
There are a lot of super-wicked-awesome bodyweight exercises that are fantastic for developing strength (and your physique) but it can take time build the strength to perform them. Whenever I post these exercises I mention that you can choose a modification but don’t always show said modifications. Well, here they are (at least some of them)! -
🔺Pull-ups/chin-ups: negatives, banded pull-ups
🔺L-sits: bent knees, slightly extended legs, single leg
🔺Push-ups: incline, regular, decline (harder)
🔺Pikes: feet on ground, feet elevated
Choose a progression that’s appropriate for you, work on it consistently, and increase the difficulty when you’re ready 👊🏻. If you can do only a few reps, you can always do the max you’re able and switch to an easier modification to complete the set. E.g. you want to do sets of 10 push-ups but can do 4 with solid form. You can start with those and complete reps on an incline.
It’s remiss of me not to include negatives as a progression for pull-ups (holding your body weight at top and slowly lowering) but my sloppy fingers accidentally deleted that clip so its lost in the ether (sorry 😝). I have a dedicated pull-up progression vid I’ll link in my stories if that’s your goal 👌🏻.

While I'm still getting a little pain through my left quad, strength is increasing and I'm feeling more comfortable. Could do with a little more upper back tightness too.
I'm bored as hell with this hypertrophy training tbh so I'm gonna finish this block in 2 weeks and get back into some heavy training again 🙃
