Sunshine with my friends ........ "I love being outdoors. I love just spending time in the sun and hanging out with my friends." Nina Agdal
Sunlight and the outdoors with your friends are a winning combination that has a profound impact on your mental health. I spent this Good Friday surrounded by my favorite people, and horses, eating great food, soaking up the sun. This past week had been plagued by sadness. But suddenly I was here and my troubles were shrinking away.
Making time to go out in the outdoors and practice Maintaining your wellness. Going outside with great company is one of those wonderful experiences where the warm sun, and laughter touches your soul, and fixes those dark places that live inside us. Going outside and exercising, eating nutritious foods, sitting on a veranda drinking tea. Practicing mindfulness, is a really important in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Going outside for 30 minutes a day and taking time to feel the sun on your face, and spend time with your friends and doing things that make you happy, will help your body release endorphins, your natural “happy hormones", and melt those cold dark places that slowly eat away at our confidence.
