łosoś wędzony 50 g
jaja przepiórcze 60 g
szparagi 80 g
sól, świeżo zmielony pieprz
Na oliwie wymieszanej z przyprawami podsmaż szparagi i cukinię (około 5 minut). Dodaj awokado i jajka, smaż aż jajko się zetnie. Pod koniec smażenia dodaj sery na około 30 sekund. Serwuj z łososiem i mgdałami. Smacznego!

salmon (smoked) 50 g
quail eggs 60 g
asparagus 80 g
salt, freshly ground pepper
Fry asparagus and zucchini on olive oil mixed with pepper and salt. Add eggs and avocado, cook under lid till the eggs are no more liquid. For the last 30 seconds add cheeses. Serve with salmon and almonds. Enjoy!

The tea is sourced directly from the tea farms and served in this family run authentic Chinese restaurant in Brampton. Chef David also hosts a dumpling making workshop every few months to share his passion with the community.
In addition to dumplings that you can dip in their homemade Dragon Sauce, there are many special dishes that will keep you coming back for more. Their crispy wings with their own secret seasoning was passed on from their family who have received glowing reviews for many years. Other highlights are the crispy fish, honey sesame chicken and basil shrimp.
