Meals to Go
Sometimes you just gotta go the easy route and warm up a microwaveable meal for lunch 🤷🏻♀️ Thankfully @aldiusa had this option last time I went shopping and while it needed a little salt and pepper, it was tasteful and filling.
I am still suffering with digestive issues and this week I will be embarking on the Low FODMAP diet in which I eliminate a lot of irritants from my diet to see if it has any effect on how I feel. Fingers crossed that I feel some sort of relief 🤞🏼
Spotlight Sunday 🙌🏼 not a client but our older sister @bleonard246 finished her first half marathon this morning in Denver! Bailey started running in January and did 13.1 miles today👊🏼👊🏼 We are so proud of her she fricken killed it ♥️🏃🏽♀️💪🏼
If you’re anything like me, and you hate training abs and can hardly find the motivation to stick to a 3-set circuit, you need to try EMOM (every minute on the minute)!! Incorporating EMOM sets into my ab workout routine has made working abs more fun (if working abs can even be fun lol!) and has also made it go by quicker, since I always procrastinate doing abs by going on my phone.
For this workout, do 8 reps of these three sets for 5-8 rounds (I only had to do 5 minutes before my abs were on fire, but it depends on your ab strength level! Mine are definitely weaker lol). The faster you go, the more rest time you have between sets! Start the new round on every new minute, so do the 8-8-8 and then rest until the next minute starts.
