OKAY YALL I JUST COMBINED THE MOLLY/HARDIN BONFIRE SCENE. Here’s my theory: I think that since Molly and Hardin are sitting together at the bonfire, Molly will try to talk to Hardin to get his attention but the whole time all Hardin is paying attention to is Tessa with Noah bc he hella jealous. Then Jace will notice Hardin’s jealousy and come up to say something to Tessa which makes Hardin angry so that’s why they get into the fight.

Amelie - 2001
In this brilliant classic french movie, Amelie Poulain (Audrey Tautou) is a lonely, innocent girl whose spirit is adventurous enough to live her life sweetening and making every moment more interesting.
Jean-Pierre tells Amelie’s story in an entertaining and fun way, focusing on the simplest pleasures in life, seems to me like the french way to live.
Since the day she finds a 50 years old box full of a child’s treasures in her apartment, Amelie feels the need to give it back to its owner as a good deed and, after that, her life is changed. She constantly finds herself meaning to spread good deeds wherever she goes. Her face expressions makes every moment intense and sweeter, even when she decides to get a revenge from salesman who keeps yelling at his shop assistant, who Amelie has a kind sympathy for. Or when she decides to give a photo album back to the one she delights and she creates a whole adventure for him to finally find it himself and eventually meet her.
Amelie is different from anyone else. We can notice that when she sees herself as the “girl with the cup” in her neighbour’s painting. She seems lonely even with a lot os people around her. She feels lost and disconnected from everyone in her surroundings.
Some metaphors are found in the movie as Amelie’s deep emotions, for example when she was too scared to talk with the owner of the photo album, who she so desires, and he ends up leaving the restaurant where they were supposed to meet, she then breaks down into water as she were broken by watching him leave. Her clothes and house, usually shown with strong red highlights and a yellowish effect on top, can represent her inside with some intense fear to move on and connect or attach to something else other than the great small pleasures she enjoys about life.
The extraordinary cinematography along with the magical soundtrack by Yann Tiersen makes the film a poetry in every moment, making every detail count.
A feel good movie telling a story of a simple girl making us feel interested in every part of it. Definitely a well done and a carefully built movie, a beautiful art piece.
