Mindset can make a difference.
Mindset can determine whether you feel like you have the freedom to take action or whether you are being forced to take action.
We all dread the list of things we "have" to do, but can't wait to for the things we "get" to do.
What if you changed how you worded the healthy changes you are trying to incorporate into your life?
I "get" to workout today.
I "get" to eat a delicious salad for lunch.
I "get" to go for a walk on my lunch break or after dinner.
I "get" to go to bed early and enjoy a full night of sleep.
Healthy choices enhance your life. They improve how you feel physically and mentally. So why do we resist making healthy habits a consistent part of our lives?
If you are looking at healthy living from an angle where all you see are the things you are doing wrong, restrictions, and a long list of things you "have" to do it can look like a miserable way to live. Who wants to put in the effort to feel miserable? ▪️Focus on the benefits healthy habits will have on your life.
▪️Focus on what you CAN do instead of what you can't.
▪️Take small steps instead of an all or nothing approach.
▪️Don't set unrealistic expectations.
▪️Don't morally divide food or behaviors into categories of "good" or "bad".
▪️Be kind to yourself throughout the process. Beating yourself up will not increase your confidence in your ability to succeed.
▪️Celebrate your wins!
A healthy lifestyle doesn't have to be rigid or picture perfect. You're allowed to enjoy your life. Focus on how you word your healthy choices. No one is forcing you to change. This is what you want for yourself, for your life, and you have the freedom to choose how you "get" to live!
Many people find success when eating a keto diet, yet to do that, you have to make sure you’re eating the right foods. Incorporating a high fat dinner, like Pork loins, is a great source of fat and protein.

A desire to be better than I’ve ever been. -
Those are what allow me to stay motivated. Those are what get me up to work every single day. -
I’m not talking about that just for myself. I wake up every day with a hope that I can make an impact on another human being in some way. -
Going to the gym does a few things to help me with this: it gives me discipline and it gives me confidence. -
I take what I learn from the pain, sweat, and blood (sometimes 😅) and bring those lessons to life. -
It all starts from within. If you can’t help yourself, you won’t be any good to anyone else. -
Moral of the story? Go take care of yourself today. It’ll impact everyone else more than you’ll ever be able to see. -
