Comfort zone, a place that makes you feel safe, protects you. I want to bet that there are things in your life right now that you haven’t achieved, but would like to. I want to bet further that I know where these things live.
They live in a place just beyond where you think you want to go. Not a place you can’t go…a place you think you won’t.
Over the course of your life you have built up an area where you feel safe. This is your comfort zone. It includes your sense of self, your family, your job, your home, your friends, your pets, etc. All these things provide a sense of comfort because they are all known. They are familiar. And what is known is much less scary than what is unknown.
Within this space you are safe, you are confident. This is important! It is critical actually because it’s often from this space of safety that we gain the confidence to imagine for ourselves towards what could be.
Still, if not careful, you'll live in this zone, being afraid venture and try new things. Our ideas stay just that, ideas in our heads. We need our comfort zone, you bet. Without it, we would lose our point of reference. But I believe what you REALLY want is living just outside of your comfort zone. And if we stretch towards those ideas, little or big (up to you), in strategic ways, we can become all the things we aspire to be.
So, #goforit, big or small. If it feels scary, it's probably the right thing to do! Hapoy Tuesday everyone 😘

True happiness starts within yourself. It has nothing to do with the people around you or what you portray yourself as when you’re around those people. Focus within yourself. Stop caring what other people see or think. Create your happiness, and your success will follow. #repost from the great @jayshetty
Who can relate?
The sacred morning hours are the best.
I’m currently going back to getting up very early and doing 3/4 of my work in the morning.
The feeling of having things accomplished by 10am and having the rest of the day for simply being is one of the best feelings I can have.
Early nights, early mornings = linger and mir productive and happier days! .
Honor your time. Do less. .
