Starting to find my feet with belt squats
210kg 4x6 (4th set)
After a lot of buggerizing around playing with shoes, foot placement and height (so I don't smack my face in the support bar), I finally found a somewhat comfortable setup. Still some depth to work on, otherwise weight moving very well.
Also finally tested out the new @samsungau buds. So far so good 👌
I benched over 200lbs for the first time in 12-15 weeks.
I needed a pick-me-up after not hitting my deadlift, and this was an awesome one!
I worked my way up to 245 x 5, I haven’t been able to go over 185 since my shoulder injury. Finally finding my stride again.
