[18.03.2019] Auf Bild 1 seht ihr meine Maße vom Montag. Außerdem habe ich eine Liste gemacht mit [2] Sport der vorherigen Woche und [3] Ernährung der vorherigen Woche. Zu 2: Ich habe nicht genau aufgeschrieben, was ich wann gemacht habe. Tatsächlich gehe ich Joggen und mache verschiedene Workouts zum Muskelaufbau. Allerdings beanspruchen meine Workouts meist alle Muskeln, weswegen eine genaue Auflistung nicht möglich ist - und auch nicht notwendig. Falls ihr dazu genaueres Wissen mögt, folgt mir am besten und schaut mal regelmäßig in meine Story. :) Zu 3: Ich strebe aktuell noch ein mäßiges Defizit an. Ich habe zwar ein niedriges Gewicht, aber eben viel Fettmasse. Dementsprechend darf da ruhig noch ein bisschen weg. Ich achte allerdings sehr auf Eiweiß und tracke meine Nährstoffe so gut wie möglich. Die Prozentzahl gibt an, wie gut meine Nährstoffverteilung die letzte Woche im Schnitt war. Das wird hoffentlich mit der Zeit besser. :) Lasst euch außerdem bitte nicht davon verunsichern, dass ich trotz Defizit nicht abzunehmen scheine. Dazu gibt es viele Gerüchte, ich kann aber nur eines sagen: Das ist Quatsch. Zum einen werden meine Maße durchaus besser - was eindeutig zeigt, dass ich Fettmasse verliere. ;) Zum anderen ist mein Defizit sehr gering und das ist auch in Ordnung. Auf der Waage muss sich nichts tun. Nur an meinem Körper. :) also: Keep going und lasst euch von so einem Ding nicht den Tag versauen!!! :) <3
