Gratitude changes everything for me. Not only during happy times but especially during tough ones.
Is it easy to be grateful when everything goes to hell? No. But it's sure worth it.
Here are my 5 ways to be happier during hard times:
1) Be grateful for what actually works
2) Notice the small things in the world
3) Be grateful for your support group
4) Remember the good
5) Appreciate the lesson

Everyone can have a better life....Stop judging yourself based on what you did yesterday and don't allow no one do say to you what you should do!
💡We as human we can be master on about 10 to 20 fields in our life, you only need 10000 hours to learn to an expert level a domain.👨🏻⚕
So that means if you love something and you start today you can be in 1 year an a quarter expert in painting by investing 8 hours a day. 4 hours a day 2 years and a half. And so on and so forth....
So you can actually in 25 years by investing your extra time you can have 10 masteries: so instead to lose on Social Media being consumer, invest it to learn it and become an expert in social media. Instead of consuming youtube Videos about other people life's focus on some successful people life and Analyse their past and see what is the real struggle and you will be an expert in that domain.
🏎So more time you invest faster you will achieve the expert level.
So why do you say you are not good enough?
You can be : painter👩🏻🎨, social media expert👨💻, Singer👩🎤, writer👩🏫, business man/woman👨🏻💼 and and and....
And you limit your knowledge to weiter or cashier or fast food worker.😡
Learn more and improve your future because the future didn't happened yet and you should not ever judge yourself by the things you've learned in the past.

When we meditate, we inject far-reaching and long-lasting benefits into our lives: We lower our stress levels, we get to know our pain, we connect better, we improve our focus, and we're kinder to ourselves.
In Mindfulness meditation, we’re learning how to pay attention to the breath as it goes in and out, and notice when the mind wanders from this task. This practice of returning to the breath builds the muscles of attention and mindfulness.
When we pay attention to our breath, we are learning how to return to, and remain in, the present moment—to anchor ourselves in the here and now on purpose, without judgement.
