At noon, darkness fell across the whole land until three o’clock. Then at three o’clock Jesus called out with a loud voice, “Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani?” which means “My God, my God, why have you abandoned me?” .
Some of the bystanders misunderstood and thought he was calling for the prophet Elijah. One of them ran and filled a sponge with sour wine, holding it up to him on a reed stick so he could drink. “Wait!” he said. “Let’s see whether Elijah comes to take him down!” .
Then Jesus uttered another loud cry and breathed his last. And the curtain in the sanctuary of the Temple was torn in two, from top to bottom. When the Roman officer who stood facing him saw how he had died, he exclaimed, “This man truly was the Son of God!”
-Mark 15:33-39 NLT

Hopping in to Easter weekend like...
A simple collared shirt and jeans is a staple in my wardrobe! I love the casual front tucking trend but I'm not gonna lie...This shirt as a huge stain toward the bottom that I can not get out! So, tucking was pretty much a must!
Recently, I hit my first big milestone within my business and last week, I earned my free ticket to the biggest event of the year within my company... all because of how many lives I’ve changed in the past few months.
At this event, there will be over 50,000 coaches from US, UK and Canada taking over Lucas Oil Stadium and the streets of Indianapolis for 3 days of business-building pointers, keynote personal development speakers, peer networking, new product announcements and launches, live super work outs, world-class recognitions, physique competitions, tailgate parties and celebrations.
I’m so proud to be immersed within this community alongside the most supportive women. I’m also thankful for the opportunity to attend this event and represent our #2 ranked team amongst 450,000 teams in the network. I can already feel all the good vibes and positive energy just from watching videos and hearing coaches talk about the previous years.
So pumped to join this lady and the rest of my team in July for what other coaches say is the most pivotal moment in their career and a life-changing experience that helps fast track their business. Who wants to be with us next year ?!

Betrayal is one of the worst feelings and it usual happens by those closest to us, from the people we never thought possible. The feelings of hurt and of pain, the questions that linger in the spaces within, the memories that hunt our mind, can last a lifetime. With Good Friday hours away and my desire to truly understand His journey, I pressed play on a movie that's the epitome of betrayal and a depiction of the final twelve hours in the life of Jesus of Nazareth, on the day of his crucifixion in Jerusalem: The Passion.
Half way through, my lovely friend paused the movie, and shared with me something that resonated deeply. I want to share that with you this evening. She said: "it's difficult to like or forgive Judas (one of Jesus' twelve apostles), but without Judas' betrayal, Jesus wouldn't have fulfilled his destiny. That concept applies to our lives, too. Without the people who have hurt us, betrayed us, lied to us, without the ones that were unkind and caused us pain, we wouldn't be able to fulfill our destiny. So yes, it sucks when we go through it, but the pain and the suffering is worth the outcome. We are better for it and closer to fulfilling our destiny"
It makes sense, doesn't it?
Next time when things get tough and life gets interrupted, when the Judases in your life shake the ground from underneath you , breathe and believe that this is something that will get you closer to fulfilling your destiny, not something that will destroy you. Embrace your struggles, like He embraced the cross, and you'll come out stronger and you'll be better for it.
