This morning I was talking to someone who told me they ate a heap of chocolate last night 🍫 In the space of about 2 minutes she said “it was so bad... I’m so bad... I feel so bad...” 😩😫😖 This is EXACTLY why I preach that there is no such thing as good and bad foods, and that we shouldn’t eliminate any foods from our diet or go on super restrictive diets 🙅🏼‍♀️ Turn on the news and you’ll see crime, terrorism, shootings... these things are BAD! Eating a few too many rows of Cadbury?! Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result - that’s insanity. - Have you really tried everything? I once thought I had tried everything to ‘get lean’, and it turned into a full blown eating disorder because I was getting nowhere, and getting too frustrated. One day I just decided that I didn’t want that life anymore and I did the complete opposite of what I was trying to do - I got a coach and started a reverse diet. From low calories to almost double increasing and monitoring over time, I now feel completely satisfied because I have so much room to eat for performance (and happiness) - and actually build a foundation for the results I want. Work smarter, not harder. If you don’t know wtf to do then hire someone who does and get some results. Simple 🤷🏼‍♀️ PS: Booty gains.

It’s that simple 🙌 make a meal divide in four. You have prepped. . RECIPE: Makes 4 servings: 20 oz tuna (8ish packets) 1 container plain Greek (150g) Celery and onion as you like 1/2 cup light miracle whip 2 cups mini shells . Macros/calories are per serving Tomato ended up being a garnish because apparently I don’t like them anymore 🤔 and avo for a side (not included in macros) . This recipe helps fuel my body! Could I swap the noodles for veggie or chickpea pasta? Sure but I don’t like chickpea pasta so why would I do that 🤔 (if you like it go for it, no judgement) You can still reach your goals by eating foods you enjoy. Do you have to eat them in moderation? Sometimes. ~ PEAK WEEK ~ is upon us. All the feels, man. I have wanted this for so long. I have fought through gut health issues, bad body image, binging and an unhealthy relationship with food, bad coaches, parents who don’t understand, friends that don’t get it, self-doubt, and maintaining my grades as an honors double major. I’ve wanted this for SO long. I’ve attempted once before and failed. I’ve watched all my friends do it. Y’all, I’ve been So. Dang. Patient. I’ve learned to trust His perfect timing. It’s finally MY time. No matter the outcome, I am just proud of all the personal growth this sport has brought me. It’s taught me to never give up, to find my strength only in God, and that I am beautifully and wonderfully made.
