Uggh. Not every workout will be amazing. I woke up and just wasn’t feeling it. I still pushed through but I know I could have done a lot better.

I don’t really write long ass captions but this one’s gonna be a longggg one. It’s one of those days where i don’t feel like putting in the work. We all have such days where we lose the motivation and they test our character to the max. We’re humans after all. No one can be 100% motivated, 100% of the time. But they say, you don’t achieve your goals only by working on them when you feel like putting the effort, we achieve them when we put in the work regardless of how we feel. Which is why i go extra hard on the bad days. I’m not saying that we should force ourselves, you should always listen to your body and your mind and function accordingly but the point here is, KEEP WORKING HARD, even if you don’t want to, cuz it will be worth it someday. @sheenafit Being my ultimate inspiration.❤️
