Naturally I'm a night person. I enjoy the quiet and stillness it brings ,odd enough it's when I have the most energy. I've NEVER been a morning person. Like ever. My brother and sister joke about how they used to fight over who's turn it was to wake me up because I would literally wake up swinging punches and crying. I love the idea being a morning person. I've tried and am still trying to force myself to be a morning person and was on the straight and narrow after the kids started public school. I'd make their lunches, lay Emerson's edges, make sure they're not ashy and musty before dropping them off then once I did it was school with Boo and then I'd head to the gym.
But WHY???! WHY did day light savings have to "spring forward" over spring break? Such a dumb idea. There's still light outside when they're getting ready for bed and dark when we wake up.😫 We're all confused. And now here it is 2:10 AM ( i had a headache and took a late nap) and I'm meal/grocery planning by looking through old pics of food I've made (minus the sandwich but I really enjoyed eating it) It's like a food catalog 🤷🏽♀️. Next week should be better. It's just the first week back so I'm trying to walk in grace but lawd have mercy.
I just have to say I'm perfectly fine with not saving the day light.
Also I've gotten quite a few requests and responses to my IG stories requesting gluten free recipes so if I can get my life together enough I plan getting that to you guys by next week
