My fav storecupboard staple, M&S chunky steak can be turned into a great chilli with the addition of a tin of kidney beans and a few added extras! Fry chopped onion and garlic along with diced bacon (fat removed) for 5 mins. Add a tsp each of chilli powder, smoked paprika and cumin plus a tbsp balsamic vinegar and continue to cook for a few mins. Two of my favourite things in life are coffee ☕️, and chocolate 🍫, so why not combine the two!! 😋 I posted these on my stories the other day, and have been nibbling on them all week. They are so easy, and SO good! - COFFEE CHOCOLATE CHIP PROTEIN BALLS 🏋🏻‍♀️. - • 50g rolled oats • 30g vanilla protein powder • 2 tablespoons sugar free dark chocolate chopped into small chunks • 1 sachet @beforeyouspeakcoffee Caramel flavour • Pinch of himalayan sea salt • Pinch of cinnamon • 100g Cashew Butter • 3 tblsp sugar free maple syrup • ½ tsp vanilla extract. - 1. Process oats until crumbly (don’t over grind to become flour, make sure its course) 2. Stir together the ground oats, protein powder, chocolate, coffee sachet, salt and cinnamon 3. Add the cashew butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, then stir together again and mix well 4. Roll into 12 balls and pop into the refridgerator for 30 mins to firm up, then store in an airtight container (tip: wet your palms before rolling to avoid the mixture sticking to your hands). 5.
