BETROOT, SESAME, FLAXSEED MASK. Although I kept my face sun protected as much as I could over bank holiday weekend, I wanted to give my skin a little boost. I can never fit all the benefits of things into one caption so here are a few main ones.
Sesame oil - Incredibly nourishing and hydrating. Used in ayurdevic massage and helps detoxification of the skin (your bodies largest organ). Contains vit E, D and B complex as well as linoleic acid, an omega fatty acid which provides anti inflammortary and anti bacterial properties. Sesame oil helps repair cells and is found alot in sun care / anti ageing / hair & skincare products).
Flax seeds - Draws out impurities and toxins whilst closing pores and helps reduce excess sebum on an oily skin. Also high in Vit E, B and A and omegas, flax seeds slow the formation of fine lines. Moisturises and tones the skin.
Betroot powder - High in Vit C, helps fight against sun damage, free radicals and evening out skin tone. Applying betroot also removes dead skin cells revealing a fresher skin with a glow. -
2xtsp beet powder. 2xtsp flaxseed 1xtsp 4xtbsp water.
I always have been and continue to be a firm believer in having people within your circle to provide you with support and accountability particularly when you hit a rough patch.
Fitness and everything that goes with it can be demoralizing sometimes especially when you go off track after a good spell. There is a whole host of reasons why this could occur but the main thing is to not get yourself to down if you are finding things difficult to balance at the moment.
From my experience working with people, I find that they get great benefit in having someone to answer too. It might be something as small as discussing certain alternative exercises , food or helping he / she with a lifestyle issue or some stressful event. It’s about in my opinion anyway, trying to meet people where they are at, listening to them and helping them to come up with the best possible solution that is achievable, realistic and most importantly sustainable for the long term.

Haha, I really feel free when I’m upside down the view from up here is really nice – I feel like I’m not in my mind.
My head feels a bit dizzy but body feels so light, like I’m flying when I swing a bit. It’s a good feeling unless I lose focus and fall down.
You can feel your stomach become tight when you are holding your balance.
REVIEW: Pies 🥧 at the Alma, a rugby pub relatviely central Cambridge, just behind the chemistry department for the students who know! As a northerner I found myself craving a pie, and after a quick Google search told me about this place me and @samuelmoore21had to check it out. We first hit it up around this time last year to celebrate our dissertation submission and its been put place ever since 👌 same order of the same 3 pies everytime of wild boar, chicken and Leek, steak and ale and a rum and red bull each while we karaoke Beenie man 🇯🇲 strong 7/10 haven't had a better pie in Cam 🤷♂️ #72.8648
