🔥Transformation Tuesday🔥. Coming back to where i began and unbelievably incredible !! Its not just my body ive been transforming for these 4 years ! My mind and circle of influence ! It hasn’t been easy at all but its now what my outcome has been incredible !! Im so damn proud of what im becoming mentally , spiritually , physically !! Child birth is a beautiful thing!
It’s so important to rebuild the core post birth. Because if you don’t then lower back and hip health become can become compromised.
So below are ways to help all the new mums.
1. TVA activation exercises: Bracing is great for improving your ability to strengthen your core. Squeeze your abdominal tight as if your about to get punched in the stomach and hold for 10sec relax for 2sec and repeat 5x. Can do standing or laying.
Get better at belly breathing: breath in hard filling up your belly as much as possible. Then exhale slow and imagine trying to kiss your hip bones together. Repeat for 10 breaths.
1. Dead-bug ISO hold: 30sec x3
2. McGill side plank: 20-30sec x3
3. High plank with Bracing: 20-30sec x3
Complete 3 rounds of the circuit rest what you like or not. Practice belly breathing through out each movement.

You have permission to rest. You don’t need anyone else’s permission to do what’s right by you + your body. You are not responsible for fixing everything that is broken. You don’t have to cram a million and one to-do’s everyday to feel productive. You do not have to be busy every single minute of each day. You do not have to try + make everyone happy. For now, take time off for you. Take time to be thankful for everything that you do have, and everything that will come your way. Take time to rest, set boundaries, replenish your spirits, and truly take care of yourself ⚡️
Today’s day off will consist of drinking my fav juice from @thebutchersdaughter_official + seeing a dermatologist about my recent hair loss. I’ll also be baking + cooking up a bunch of new stuff [which I’m super dooper excited to share with you all!] Along with my errands, I’m taking time out for me + the things that ease my mind, and relax my body. Such as yoga, meditating, a soothing epsom salt bath + my current read: Eat Dirt 📖

Over the weekend I finally completed my #onlinetraineracademy course. I have been working on this since last September. My goal was to completed this program in 12 weeks.
Buttttt we all know that life certainly does get in the way and if anything you become a lot busier as the business grows.
I'm so excited to be able to do what I love with purpose, direction, and giving the clients that full transformation and accountability with what they need.
When changing your lifestyle it can be difficult and put you out of sorts. and the idea of this is you want to make it a lifestyle instead of just a 30, 60-day fad. This is literally about tweaking and doing one little thing every single day consistently.
This is about honoring your routine. And taking yourself seriously. treating yourself like you are treating your business. By doing one thing every single day to get you to where you need to be. Where you are constantly growing and evolving.

Being on a personal growth journey can be lonely as hell sometimes. Some people won’t get it. Others will judge you for it. There will be a sea of opinions about what you’re doing, how you’re doing it, and the level in which you are doing it at .
It’s easy to see the option of going against your intuition for the benefit of company, but at the end of the day, strut your stuff! Screw what everyone else is doing and own your desires! Confidence is contagious and spreads like wildfire. No one will question you if you fully own it. That is how you will find your people; living your truth and attracting the people that are on your wavelength. You definitely need to go through the weeds before you find your garden of people, but they are there to help your harvest flourish🌻
I can be a bit of a perfectionist! So sometimes while this kid may offer to help me, it’s hard for me to say yes! But I’m trying my best to realize that everything doesn’t have to be perfect. His best is good enough for me!

Coming to Bali has humbled me and has made me realize just how good I have it. Life back home is easy, whatever I want is always at my fingertips and everything is convenient. There are things about Bali that are challenging. The tap water can be unsafe to drink or brush your teeth with, there’s bugs, trash everywhere and the streets can be hard to navigate. We’ve been in certain areas where the food I’m used to eating isn’t available and I’ve been forced to try new things. What’s really amazing though, is our ability to adapt. Things that would normally cause me stress and discomfort now roll right off my shoulders. Ants in my hair? No problem! Stepped in a puddle of dirty sewer water? I’ll live! Traveling and experiencing new things (good or bad) helps build character and really makes you a stronger person. I have so much gratitude for my life back home and even more for my time in Bali. It’s an absolute luxury to live the way I do, even in a 60 sq ft van. No matter what life throws at me, I’ll be better equipped to deal with it because of experiences like this one. My heart felt so heavy leaving this beautiful place, I could have stayed for months. Counting down the days until I’m back✨

Happening from Friday March 29th to Sunday March 31st, the Toronto Yoga Show will have over 300 vendors selling various goodies from apparel to food. Yoga classes, meditation sessions, as well as music performances will also be running throughout the day! "Yoga" is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.
We are open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm in room 341 Second Student Centre.

OIL SPOTLIGHT: PEPPERMINT
The peppermint plant is a versatile perennial herb that has been cherished since ancient times.
