Just checking in! I’m about to start week 3 of my @sweat 12 week challenge! The day after my first workout (which was a leg workout 🦵🏻) I could barely move 😂 that is both funny and sad! Lol I managed to push pass the soreness and keep going! 🙏🏻 I also walk everyday with Josie so I think that helped with recovery!
So far I feel good and a little bit stronger! Yay! Who’s still working out and who needs motivation?

#ad Guys. I sincerely think @kayla_itsines and her guide on the @sweat app are changing my life. I’m only on day 3 of the 12-week challenge and I’m already seeing differences in my body like muscles popping through on my arms, a slimmer waist, and maybe some abs coming in 👀
Not gonna lie, it’s kicking my butt though. It is HARD to muster up the motivation to workout early in the morning, in the middle of a busy day, or at night when you’re just dying to crawl into the comfort of your bed. However, it is absolutely, 100% worth it when you can compare before and after photos, your energy is increasing, and you’re getting fit!

#3weekspostpartum I’m always honest and 💯% real with you all...which is why I don’t photoshop my pics. Since I’ve had Tyler, my schedule has been turned upside down and I currently look like a hot mess on the daily: eye bags, dirty hair, stretch marks, excess skin, and faded tattoos. Not to mention, my boobs hurt from overproducing milk and nursing him 24/7. 😩😓 But you know what, that’s okay with me bc he completes me. I now have a baby boy to love me forever along with my little girl! 🥰😘⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
