Do you think that happiness lies withih you? Yes it is. Then why most of us couldn't find it? ⚬Principally, to achieve true and real happiness one must know what this emotion really is.
To me, Happiness is abstract, not rationallized and is different for everyone. It is a feeling that resides in heart and make your mind feel peaceful. One can feel true happiness when contented from inside and out. As our Holy Prophet (PBUH) said,
🔹True enrichment doesnot come through possesing of lot of wealth, But true happiness is the enrichment of soul🔹
So, Everlasting happiness is contentment which can't be achieved in pursuit of money, fame or anything materialistic; these all are short-lived. True happiness is only attained through activities which are not fleeting⚬ The following list of suggestions are things you can do to help you learn to develop these lifestyle practices as well as to identify obstacles to your happiness.
🔹In every moment of life seek pleasure of Allah (SWT), and be grateful to Him for what you are today.
🔹Embrace reality_ True happiness and peace comes when one embrace reality and deals with it and get over it otherwise it keep picking you up again and again. You need to be real with yourself and others.
🔹Feed you SOUL_ work on activities that result in internal happiness; Pray 5 time a day, read Quran daily, help poor, give charity, assist distress. All this will Inshallah bring smile to your heart.
🔹Don't compare yourself with others, this can lead you to depression. you're unique, so, Love yourself. 🔹Think optimistically toward future.
🔹Smile_ as it is chrity, and sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
🔹Eradicate your ego.
🔹Serve others and maintain strong relation with family and friends as it is sunnah.
🔹Put money low on your list of priorties.
🔹Live organized life_ eat well, sleep well, exercise more often to keep yourself healthy and fit.
⚬All these ways will lead you to detoxify your soul, in start it seems to be hard; but as Good things take time to get settle so practicing these daily will inshallah lead you to everlasting happiness. Be persistent.

Quite a special hump day this week. Infact is is International day of happiness today and the UK has been placed 15th out of 156 countries. Psychologists suggest the following techniques to make you feel happier;
1. Make a gratitude list-write down what you are grateful for-every night for a whole week
2. Sleep more and better- 8hours every night for a week
3. Meditate- 10 mins every day
4. Spend more time with family and friends. Healthy interpersonal relations and social connections can significantly boost your wellbeing
5. Fewer social networks and more real connections- limiting screen time can increase our happiness “Live in the moment, be aware you are having this time together, be conscious of how you spend your time” Professor Santos, psychology and cognitive science professor at Yale University.

I've learned a lot about the nature of happiness, about the search for happiness, and the truth about where it lies recently.
I've learned that my happiness is entirely my responsibility. It is not for other people to 'make me happy'. It is entirely my job.
I have also learned that this works both ways. I am not responsible for anyone else's happiness.
I have learned that happiness doesn't exist in people, places, things, thoughts, moments....not even my beloved music.
These things can bring moments of the most exquisite pleasure, but pleasure is not happiness. Pleasure is fleeting, and always ends.
Happiness comes from self love, self acceptance and growth. It comes from acceptance of life the way it is, rather than trying to force, manage and control all aspects of it.
It comes from knowing that who you are right now is perfect and enough, and forgiving mistakes that past you might have made. Knowing that past you was acting in the best way that was possible at the time.
It doesn't exist in the past or future. It, like everything else that is real, only exists in the present moment.
Happiness is a choice I make. Even in the midst of painful experiences, I can choose to accept the way things are, and see how I can make the best of it, or I can try to fight it.
This doesn't mean that we accept injustice, or roll over and let our problems defeat us. It simply means we accept what is happening right now, and look at what is the best thing to do. Not from a kneejerk emotional reaction, but from a calm perspective, knowing that growth and change is possible.
Happiness is your birthright.

I believe that dreams come true. There are just two exceptions, when Universe won’t make it happen to you: .
🔥 Your dream may hurt (in some way) or influence in a wrong way other people around you .
🔥 Your dream may hurt you ones it happens 😞
Meaning, if you want to become, for example, extremely rich, Universe might not give you this just because it might make you unhappy, depressed or lost. You might be much happier having what you have now and archiving things step by step, or it will come to you when you are ready or strong enough or need to accomplish a lesson you your life so you should go through. .

If you want to take responsibility for your life, you must choose one of those three options, and you must choose now.
