throwback to when @gymshark was in toronto and i got to meet the real life angel that is @whitneyysimmons 🥺 let me keep this caption sweet n short (just like her) because i could go on and on about how much i adore her 💖
And you thought it was rant over! If enough members repost this, those utter bellends who think they're too good to put the equipment away after use might possibly get the message...? Particularly the idiot today who committed this offence just before hopelessly trying to hit on a poor girl who just wanted to concentrate on her training (that's a seperate issue.) And no I'm not doing this to get more traction to this page. Don't even feel you have to say where you're reposting from etc. I'm saying this as a gym user who doesn't want to see a perfectly good environment decent into. Bloody anarchy!! PUT THE F***ING WEIGHTS BACK.
Here are some movements to isolate and grow your hammies :-)
Downside of all my favorite workout fits (the pink ones🤩)... every sweat stain shows 😪 but that’s okay because we’re here to work hard and sweat hard!!!!

Save it, try it, and let me know how it goes 💞
Do not neglect this muscle group!!!
The back of our legs is dominated by 3 muscles that contract the hamstring tendon:
-The biceps femoris
These muscles work daily to bend our knees, extend our hips, and tilt our pelvis
Strong and developed hamstrings increase your speed, agility, power, and your ability to absorb shock.
Hamstring injuries are common IF you don’t thoroughly stretch before your workout. Make it a priority to properly stretch/warmup before your workout.
Mood today because it is a wonderful day to be alive ☀️ 🍑

Making the most of smoothie bowls in the hot weather as always💓
I’ve become to realise that all my smoothie bowls seem to look the same... I mean I do add different fruits and veg but some colours overpower others🍒But any suggestions for new topping ideas are always welcome😋
🥒🍏🍋 My 3 day juice cleanse experience
WHY: I did this cleanse not so much for the health factors but rather because I felt like this semester I was lacking discipline in certain areas of my life so I wanted to take on the challenge.
Day 1: It was a very normal day, I felt like I had the same amount of energy and was not really hungry until the evening time but it bearable.
Day 2: I attempted to go to the gym but I felt very low energy so I had to cut my workout short. I also was very tired and ended up taking a 4 hour nap.
Day 3: I was more hungry throughout the day but my the end of the day the juices were more than enough. Overall I felt like I had a regular amount of energy and did not feel sluggish.
AFTER: physically speaking, I leaned out and lost 3 pounds and had no bloating during it and after. Also I ate a burger the next day and felt fine, although I did feel really full. I also did a proper leg workout and abs and felt good.
Do I recommend?: I don’t think you should do the cleanse for only weight loss as the results are only temporary. I recommend doing more research on the topic since I think doing it really depends on the person and their reasons.
