Looking for a finisher for this weeks legday?! 🔥🔥 These are 90° 1/4 reps. I use them either at the end of my last leg exercise or directly after my normal squats.
What you wanna do is: ▪grab a plate or something to elevate your stance so you can squat deep ▪ foots pointed out but close together "duck stance" ▪squat to 90° | pause for 1 sec | move up 1/4 rep ▪ then squat all the way down
This counts as one rep! ✌🏻12 x 3-6 sets
Really great to get an insane pump in your quads or simply burn out them legs! 🔥
