Courage to envision the dreams wispered to me by my souls’ subtle voice.
Courage to go after these visions and to leave everything that holds me back behind.
Courage to let go of any doubts and let the universe show me the way.
Courage to trust in myself, trust that I will find the strength to walk all the way until I get there and further, that I will never let myself down.
Courage to love.
Courage to live.
Balance is an essential part of our wellbeing and growth. Yin energy is the feminine energy and Yang energy is the masculine energy. Both are equally important for our energy, mindset, and attitude to be optimal in life. And both males and females have both and need both to be in healthy balance. Being in balance brings about an inner state of peace that will radiate into your immediate environment, relationships and engagements.
What is the state of your balance?

Yoga Playground 5/4/19
Just starting yoga and wondering where and how to begin?
Think a little more personal attention will skyrocket the growth in your practice?
During a class session how much time do you have to ask questions?
We can discuss alignment, give assists in asanas, discuss the other limbs of yoga, even how to establish a home practice. Yoga Playground provides the opportunity to ask the questions, to learn from other people and to teach as well. Come and go as you please and feel free to practice whatever feels right, we'll just flow. We'll talk philosophy, meditation, breath work, whatever your body/ mind/spirit is calling for, it's here for you. We rise together, community is important for growth. Share space and connect with other yogis, other people on a similar path. We learn from each other and grow together. Come out and enjoy the shenanigans.

ANOTHER BIG PERSONAL JOURNEY AHEAD ➡️ I’ve attempted recovery from #bulimia and my disordered eating habits so many times I lost count. I’ve had regular treatment for years and very regular sessions again the last couple of months and I feel mentally and physically so prepared to make a huge step into my #recovery and take it even more serious this time around. It shows more and more how my mental health, my social life, my job and realtionships suffered and still suffer greatly under my circumstances and I am so freaking done to give power and control to these insidious voices in my head. Here’s to mention that I am so grateful to be part of the @21daymealplan community - this mealplan gives me so much strength and makes it way more easy to cope with my struggles around food - I already had great positive experiences regarding my #eatingdisorder with it. ➡️ Another important - but easier - thing to inculde on this journey is getting sober and quit drinking. I only say “easier” because for me personally this kind of addiction is easier to handle and not even nearly as strong as the other one. I’ve already achieved #100dayssober before but I got cought up deeply again in #bulimia and I quit my sobriety. So Bulimia and my other addictive behaviors around food is my way bigger struggle to overcome. I’m just posting this for my own accountability and to record my start of my other big and important journey ➡️ getting clean, sober and kicking my ed’s ass ✌🏼🔥
