Well today is the day. It’s not “Monday”, but it’s “someday” and enough is enough. I worked so hard to lose the weight I did and wound up putting it all back on. I realized through this process how much of an emotional eater I am and even though it may have temporarily made me feel better I feel like absolute crap now. I have no energy, I’m tired, always nauseous, my skin and nails and bones even have taken a hit. So it’s time. No I’m not going to post daily food and workout pics. I may post a before and after pic only to inspire others towards my goal but wanted to hold myself accountable and maybe even make another stop and think it may be time for them as well by posting this today.
