Von Champions lernen 🏆 - Heute habe ich mich spontan mit @philipp_fit getroffen und gemeinsam mit ihm ein Push-Training durchgezogen. Philipp ist ein Men‘s Physique Athlet auf Elitelevel mit viel Wettkampferfahrung. Er hat sich Ende 2018 den Gesamtsieg bei der GNBF hoch verdient erkämpft, bei dem Wettkampf bei dem auch ich gestartet bin. 🥇 - Er hat also schon das geschafft, was noch mein Traum ist. Ich bin dankbar dafür, die Chance zu haben, einen solchen Menschen kennenzulernen. In erster Linie, weil er sehr sympathisch und freundlich ist. Aber ich finde es auch faszinierend, mehr über die Einstellung von erfolgreichen Menschen zu erfahren - etwas von ihnen zu lernen. 🧘🏻‍♂️ - Wir haben also auch über Mindset und Geisteshaltung gesprochen. Unsere Weltanschauungen und Wege weisen gewisse Überschneidungen auf. Philipp hat mir erklärt, wie er den Moment seines Sieges in der Zeit der Vorbereitung visualisiert hat und wie er die Kraft gefunden hat, seinen Weg zu gehen, bis er gewonnen hat. 🔥 - Ich denke, es eint viele erfolgreiche Menschen, dass sie nicht als Champions geboren, sie die Stufen des Erfolgs nicht linear empor geklommen sind, sondern dass sie mit Herausforderungen, Rückschlägen und harten Momenten kämpfen mussten, sich ihren Status als Sieger erarbeitet haben. 📈 - Inzwischen durfte ich schon einge Natural Bodybuilding Champions kennenlernen. Und ob es nun @bro_sep , @the.miraclebear oder eben nun @philipp_fit ist, sie alle haben eine einzigartige Einstellung, die zu ihrem individuellen Charakter passt, sind in der Lage sich von ihren Emotionen zu distanzieren und blicken über den Tellerrand hinaus. Sie lassen sich also nicht auf einen Aspekt, in dem sie erfolgreich sind, reduzieren, sondern haben ein Mindset, welches sie danach streben lässt, sich auf allen Ebenen zu verbessern. Das führt dazu, dass sich ihr Horizont nicht im Bodybuilding erschöpft und sie den Sport so anders betrachten und erweitern können. 👁 - Ich finde es schön, dass der Sport und die ähnlichen Ziele verbinden - man so neue Individuen mit ihren Charakteren, Wegen und Gedanken treffen darf. ❤️ - Das gemeinsame Training war mir eine Ehre und hat mir mega viel Spaß gemacht. 🙏🏼

One week in London + Paris eating nothing but carbs, drinking more alcohol than water (lol), and never worrying about calories = memories for a lifetime. 🥖🥐🧀🍷🍻 Blah blah “how to stay balanced whilst travelling” But why?? This wasn’t my first visit to these cities, but it was the first time I didn’t spend the entire trip avoiding/refusing/thinking about food rather than experiencing the world around me. I had an incredible week in Europe, I’m back to my normal routine now, and I’m so so glad I chose to travel without regrets ✈️

GORILLA BACK WORKOUT✖️[Like, Save & tag a friend]🦍 — 4 TIPS TO BUILDING A KILLER BACK ROUTINE👇🏼Just like every other muscle I like to look at anatomy of the body and creating a routine based around that and targeting each muscle!! — 1️⃣ Work In all rep ranges and don’t be afraid to go heavy! I like to Start my workout with my HEAVY (4-6 reps) compound back movements like barbell rows or Pull Downs. After that I do around 4 more compound movements in the 8-10 rep range for STRENGTH and then finish off with high rep (15-20 reps)isolation work as a finisher! 2️⃣Use a variety of grips! Try incorporating a variety of grips into your workout. You can grip the bar overhand, underhand, neutral, close and using a wide grip to target different muscles in the back! 2️⃣ Incorporate exercises to build both back WIDTH (Pulldown variations and pull-ups)and THICKNESS (any rowing variation). 4️⃣ Train with BOTH free weights as well as cables too! Free weights active your stabilizer muscles and recruit more muscle fibers while, cables keep constant tension on the muscles and take them to failure! — Full Back Workout ⤵️ 1. Wide Grip Lat Pulldown 4x6,8,10,12 2. Gentlemens Rows 4x10 last set dropset 3. Single-double Straight Arm Lat Pullover 4x8-10 4. Neutral Grips High Row 4x10, last set triple dropset 5.
