Buy frozen fruit, let it thaw out and then blend it. Store in in your fridge in a container for easy use. I normally do 1/4 cup of raspberries and 1/4 cup of strawberries but you can do 1/2 cup of a single fruit or for lower carbs you can do 1/4 cup of a single fruit and it’ll still taste pretty good.
Creatine is mainly for lifters and anyone into supplements in that way. Creatine has been known to be one of the only supplements that really make you stronger with little to no side effects.
I haven’t actually added greens to my shake but I’m going to soon for the added vitamins that come with greens.
