You could workout as hard as you can, but if your feeding your body shitty food, let’s face it, your never going to reach your goals. ⁣ ⁣ For me, nutrition is absolutely the hardest part. I meal prep so I don’t have an excuse to eat unhealthy foods. I enjoy working out, I love sweating and trying new exercises, coming up with new routines to change things up and keep my body questioning.⁣ ⁣ Try thinking of your body like your brand new car engine. To keep this car running longer, lasting longer, having less damages and repairs, you have to make sure it’s only getting the best oil and gas to fuel it. You have to make sure it’s oiled properly, all of its parts are functioning efficiently, exactly like our bodies.⁣ ⁣ We have to fuel our bodies with only the best foods, foods full of vitamins and nutrients, foods full of macro/micronutrients we need, not the crappy stuff. Today I am off of work for a 3 day weekend and didn’t want to miss my 5th workout of the week (my job has a gym and that’s where I go) so I decided since my body is already pretty sore that I’d do some extra stretching followed by some dancing to the @thefitnessmarshall and have some fun while also stretching more and working up my muscles. I also plan to take a nice long evening walk after the rain passes! This was a really good week and I’ve really given it everything I’ve had. Tomorrow is our families Easter and I plan to stay on track with my water, get at least a 30 minute walk in, and focus more on protein with some much smaller portions of some of my favorite dishes. Look Who’s Baaaaaack! Did ya miss me? 💋After an 8 Day Hiatus (because I occasionally need to be a lazy bean), I’m finally back on my work out grind. 20 minutes of Core and Upper Body Strengthening then a nice 15 minute walk around outside on my break. It’s not a lot but every little bit helps me get back at it. The nicest part of working at the gym is even after a week of being lazy, I have NO excuses to not start back up again and get on my grind. These breaks help me not become obsessed with how I look. I was having quite a few days where I wasn’t speaking kindly to myself and I was letting my head get the better of me, and those days, it’s best if I don’t force my body to perform workouts because it feeds the sadness and disappointment when I don’t look the way I wish I did. . With all that has been going on with my health I haven’t worked out in a month. This is far from the norm for me. Going from working out 5-7 times a week to nothing at all really impacts you. Exercise is my release. It helps me stay focused. It helps me manage stress. It alleviate my anxiety. It makes me feel confident. I’m struggling with some pretty significant insomnia from the Prednisone. I have so much energy yet still my body doesn’t feel itself. My mind says GO. But my body is unable to function optimally. My vision is still extremely distorted. The medication makes me feel like a 5 year old kid who’s had too much sugar or perhaps too many scoops of my all natural preworkout! #endlessenergy I know I am no where near being able to get back to my regular workouts BUT today I decided to do something. Anything is better than nothing. Was it as intense as it normally would be. Absolutely not. But I was able to modify as I did it. I’m so grateful for my home workout programs. I am unable to drive so I wouldn’t even be able to get to a class or the gym. And likely wouldn’t be able to see well enough to follow an instructor OR manage the chaos of a gym. April 29th is the start of our next health + wellness boot camp. I’d love for you to join us. I’ll be modifying my way through then program as tolerated. You can too! #honoryourbody

По мере увеличения напряжения коллагеновые волокна вытягиваются в направлении действия силы растягивания. Это организует все волокна в правильном направлении и является реабилитационным воздействием. . Не все мышечные волокна растягиватся одновременно. Как и максимальное усилие зависит от максимального количества волокон вовлеченных в сокращение, так и максимальная длина зависит от количества волокон, которые растягиваются одномоментно. . В теле человека за передачу информации о положении тела и его частей отвечают проприорецепторы. Solo porque si 📸 Después de un rato estoy sintiendo que ya mi cuerpo va volviendo a recuperarse, a pesar de estar con inflamación me siento segura y confiada 🙌🏼 Al final de todo esto es cuestión de actitud, no necesitas un cuerpo perfecto, denifinido, musculoso ni nada de eso para ser feliz 👌🏼 pero definitivamente esforzarte y ver el resultado te motiva a seguir adelante y solo el hecho de hacer ejercicio libera hormonas (endorfina, dopamina y serotonina) que te hacen sentir feliz 🔥 Lo que importa es proponerte tener un cuerpo saludable y con el que te sientas bien, por vos y para vos 👊🏼
