Its the mind that you have to convince. להקשיב לגוף. מה זה אומר בכלל להקשיב לגוף? למי זה מתאים להקשיב לגוף? מה הגוף אומר לנו? לפני כמה שבועות שיתפתי (בסטורי) שיצאתי לריצה הארוכה השבועית שלי ולא הרגשתי במיטבי אז עשיתי אותה לאט יותר. מיד קיבלתי פניות בפרטי אם ולמה אני מתאמנת כשאני לא מרגישה טוב והרגשתי צורך להתגונן. תבינו - ספורט וריצה בפרט הם התרפיה שלי. יותר מלקחת ממני אנרגיה - הם נותנים לי אנרגיה. יש לי מטרות ויעדים ( ויש לי מאמן שיעזור לי. כן) ואני עובדת עם תוכנית מסודרת. אבל אני לא מכונה, וגם אני לפעמים מתלבטת. לנוח או לרוץ. ( לא מדברת על ימי המנוחה, שבהם כמובן שאני נחה מריצה) יש ימים שאני מבינה שיש גבול דק בין הכל או כלום (כן, כן, אני שחור ולבן, עובדת על האפור). מה הגוף אומר? לא ללכת לאימון? ללכת לאימון אבל להוריד הילוך? אנחנו לא מכונות ולפעמים שווה לנסות לעשות מה שאפשר. היום הייתי אמורה לרוץ בקצב מסויים והרגשתי שזה לא יום טוב לקצב הזה. אפילו העדפתי לרוץ לבד באימון ולא להתחייב לאף דבוקה בקבוצה ולאף קצב, פרט לקצב שלי. קמתי מקוררת ועייפה. אז עשיתי את אותו האימון בקצב קצת יותר איטי (10 שניות יותר איטי לקמ). הרווחתי גם כי הקשבתי לגוף וזרמתי איתו וגם כי לא ויתרתי על האימון. אפור כבר אמרנו? אז נכון, לא כולם יכולים ולא תמיד, אבל שווה לנסות. ואם אתם לא בטוחים שאתם חזקים מספיק (בראש!) כדי לבחון את הגבולות שלכם - קחו לכם מאמן. לפעמים, בדיוק כמו עם אוכל ודיאטן, פיקוח של מישהו מבחוץ, שזו העבודה שלו, יעשו את העבודה. המאמן יכיר אתכם כדי לדעת מתי ללחוץ, ומתי קצת לשחרר. . אז מי אתם? האפורים או השחור לבן? . 📸 @offeriko . #workoutmama #fitnessmama #goaldigger #runeatsleeprepeat #lovelaughlive #fitmominspire   #bodyrock   #fitgirlsguide #sweatflix   #bodyrockers   #nopainnogains #fitfluential #fitnessmom  #trainhard #fitstagram #strongmindstrongbody #bestrong #runlong #imarunner #runningismydrug #runningismytherapy #pam7_ii

Ingredients 1 @califlourfoods crust 4oz chicken breast 2 slices cooked bacon 1 hard boiled egg 1/2 avocado Handful grape tomatoes Pepperocinis Romaine lettuce Almond flour 1 egg, lightly beaten Dressing 1T olive oil 1T red wine vinegar 1 tsp minced garlic 2 tsp Dijon mustard Salt and pepper 1. Cook crust according to directions 2. Pound chicken breast until thin 3. Dip in egg and then almond flour 4. Season with salt and pepper 5. Sauté in avocado oil, 3-4 min per side 6. 2008 👉🏼 2019⁣ 11 years older, almost 10 pounds heavier ⁣ SAME CLOTHING SIZE ⁣ ⁣ We hear all the time how the number on the scale doesn’t define our health. ⁣ ⁣ Wanna know what?⁣ NEITHER 👏🏻 DOES 👏🏻 YOUR 👏🏻 CLOTHING 👏🏻 SIZE 👏🏻 ⁣ ⁣ This is 2008 me after I started dating Brandon.⁣ HAPPIEST time of my life. ⁣ But definitely NOT the healthiest...⁣ ⁣ Sure I was “thin”, I weighed 107 pounds (I couldn’t even imagine seeing that number now 🤣), but I was far from fit.⁣ ⁣ Granola bars for breakfast, pepperoni sandwiches for lunch, and cereal for dinner aren’t quite fuel for healthy humans 😂⁣ ⁣ I had no energy, I always felt like I needed a nap, and I had NO CLUE how badly I was treating my body. ⁣ ⁣ Fast forward a decade. An active lifestyle and eating well have given me more energy, better health, andddd almost 10 extra (healthy) pounds 🤷🏻‍♀️⁣ ⁣ Just remember - thin does not always mean healthy! Hi friends! Since there's a lot of new faces here who I haven't officially internet met yet, I wanted to introduce myself! 👋🏻 My name is Becka. I'm a blogger, podcaster newbie, and network-marketing, business-building boss. After having our first child, working two jobs as a self-employed artist, being 70lbs overweight, and dealing with a Hashimotos diagnosis (what can I say... I'm an overachiever) I got into coaching to have some extra accountability and sisterhood as I got my shit together. I lost the weight, fell in love with empowering and training other women, became a 7-figure earner, quit the other jobs, and got my writing featured in PopSugar for my views on body positivity. 🔥✨ I started this new IG account here to stay focused just on the wellness part of my life (my personal one is @beckarobinson). I'm fairly calm, but slightly stressed....👙 I'm doing my best to execute on my nutrition plan to be feeling my best when I get there (and beyond)...😎 I'm also roaming my kitchen resisting the urge to snarf down the entire jar of JIF in my cupboard. 😟 Yesterday while making my son a PB&J after school I just couldn't control myself... I had a spoonful... and then hated myself for it. UGH...🤪 This morning... I felt crappy and then realized WHY my brain was highjacked... yep, we have an unwanted house guest. 🙄 . I don't know about you.... but PB has always seemed to give me more joy than a salad. ;-) -- especially when dear aunt flow is in town. THANKFULLY -- THANKFULLY I've learned a few tricks of the trade to tame her, tame myself and divert any damage that binge eating can do to my body and my psychy. . 1. DRINK LOTS OF WATER -- flavored is best, makes you think you're cheating. 💦 2. If you NEED something sweet, go for fruits and fibrous options. 🍓🍏🍒🍉🍇 3. Stay away from salty items and gas producing veggies like broccoli, cauliflower and brussels. ;-) 🥦🥬🥔🧀 3. Mix up this PB Delight that tastes like I'm eating the jar but fuels me like it's a salad. ;-) 😍🤩🥳 . This seriously is better than a bag of REECES eggs. ;-) Step 1- 1 cup ice, 1 cup water 1/2 cup almond milk in blender. Step 2- add PB2 (avoiding fats and sugars from actual PB) and 1 package or scoop of Vanilla Shakeology Step 3- 1/2 a frozen banana - for texture not flavor Step 4- BLEND into dreaming goodness Step 5- Sip and enjoy the flavor, relish in knowing you're fooling Aunt Flow and doing something AMAZING for your body! <3 Cheers to all you momma's out there that get the PB cravings, divert them like a champ and here's to hoping AF is gone by Saturday ;-) 🙌 PS- if you in need of this delicious goodness yourself... Posting this is honestly so embarrassing. I never realized how out of hand I had let myself get. I went through some hard stuff that put me in a dark place which caused me to gain a lot of weight. Over these past two years I’ve worked hard on getting myself healthy again. From around 220 to 155 now, I am so happy to see myself now compared to where I was! Even through a rough twin pregnancy and a hard year with twin babies, I’ve continued to lose weight (even though it was very slow), and now I’m so close to my goal I can finally taste it! What’s crazy is that I have gained more than I have lost. I’ve gained a new sense of confidence, two jobs that focus on fitness which I LOVE and I get to help others while helping support my own family, sooo much more energy to get out with my kids and run around, and just a new happiness with myself. I’m so happy I started this journey. If you’re struggling and think you can’t do it, I promise you can! If you want some help or don’t know where to start, I am more than happy to help you! If you just want some new clothes to make you look even better, I even have those! 🤣🤣 so get out there and crush your goals!

Cauliflower nachos are a great way to indulge in your cravings, without heaps of unnecessary salt and fat. The cumin, sea salt, chili powder, and garlic powder give an extra boost to an already delicious dish. And don’t forget the oil. It is the key to getting your vegetables to roast evenly in the oven — and it really helps bring out their flavor. Ingredients 1 medium head cauliflower cut into florets 2 tsp. olive oil ½ tsp. ground cumin ¼ tsp. sea salt or Himalayan salt ¼ tsp. chili powder ¼ tsp. garlic powder ½ cup shredded Monterey jack or pepperjack cheese ¼ cup chopped tomato ¼ cup chopped red onion ¼ cup chopped orange bell pepper 1 medium jalapeño seeds and veins removed (optional), sliced (can add a second if desired) ½ cup mashed avocado 2 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro Instructions Preheat oven to 425º F. Place cauliflower on baking sheet. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with cumin, salt, chili powder, and garlic powder; toss gently to blend. Spread evenly on baking sheet. Meet Claire! My mini me and side kick. She’s always right by my side, loves to help in the kitchen and is always watching my every move. She’s absolutely the love of my life. It seems like yesterday I was sitting In the chair in the family room nursing her and her twin brother. I was a new SAHM and was feeling overwhelmed and like I lost a little bit of me. It was then, that I saw my coach on social media and her transformation. I watched my coach forever before I finally signed up. I knew I needed to be healthy so that aide would be. After just a week into my program I was feeling better and starting to lose weight, I decided to share it with other women. I now build my business in pockets of time. I love the FREEDOM this business created, the flexibility to work around my full time pharmaceutical career and raising my 3 kids. It blows my mind how some women don’t even give this opportunity a try. Most don’t realize how incredibly freeing it is to be your own boss, set your own hours and how it helps you hold yourself accountable while working on the best of you! This business is the best thing that ever happened to me and my family. I share it because I know there are so many women that are in the same position I was in and don’t even realize there is an opportunity like this.
