MISTURA CASEIRA PARA CLAREAR CABELO ○ ingredientes - uma colher de sopa mel (super opcional) - um sachê de chá ou flores de camomila (fazer uma xícara pequena) - um pouco de leite (olhômetro) - canela em pó (coloco bastante, mas no olhômetro também) - 2 colheres de sopa de condicionador (mais ou menos, dependendo do volume, tamanho do cabelo) . ○ modo de preparo Misture bem todos os ingredientes. Passe sobre todo o cabelo e deixe "descansando" por, no mínimo, 30min. Posteriormente, lave normal. . Obs: tem gente que faz 2x na semana. Eu, particularmente, não gosto porque, além de gastar muito material, pode ressecar um pouco o cabelo (no meu, por conta da camomila) . Obs2: tem gente que coloca limão na mistura. CUIDADO! Limão queima a pele. Se for colocar, só se fizer a noite . Obs3: se não tiver algum ingrediente, no problem! Misturo todos para aumentar o efeito! . Obs4: se você tiver alergia a algum ingrediente, não coloque . Obs5: tem gente que seca a mistura, no cabelo, com secador. Eu não gosto porque deixa o cabelo ressecado (por conta do ar quente + camomila) . Obs6: gosto de deixar o cabelo no sol, quando estou na praia/piscina, porque deixa mais clarinho (sem a mistura!) . Obs7: uso o óleo “pinga” da lola! Deixa o cabelo super brilhoso e macio . O que acharam?? Já tinha feito antes? For example, trying a heavier weight, trying a new exercise, or just changing your grip or stance. - If you constantly do the same exercises for a period of time longer than about 6-8 weeks, then you will see your results stagnate, or even worse, go backwards. ❌❌❌ - Don’t be afraid to fail or look dumb at the gym. Most people are worried about their own workout and could really careless what you are doing. 🤷🏻‍♂️ - Failing is feedback and that’s how you learn. To get this weight next week I know I have to work more on being explosive from the bottom of the lift. So after this I did 2 sec pause reps for 4 sets of 5. 💪🏼 - And if you can, grab a workout partner. You know those days when you get to the gym and before your first warm-up set is even over, you can already tell it’s going to be a shitty workout? Today was one of those. . I’m the type of person where the quality of my workout and the way I feel leaving the gym pretty much determines the outcome of the rest of my day. It sounds petty but if you really live for this shit, you understand. . Perfectionism is an understatement. It’s just the way I’m wired - constantly at war with myself - every day striving to be better than I was the day before. It took a long time for me to learn that just because I can’t see or feel the progression today, that doesn’t automatically mean I’m going backward. . So to highlight (according to me) the only acceptable portion of my training today, here’s a little arm finisher • 3-4 heavier sets decline curls, 5-8 reps • 3-4 moderate sets seated hammer curls 15-20 reps . I never give arms their own day unless I need a plateau breaker. I only train biceps or triceps individually and at the end of a back or chest/shoulder workout. 6-8 sets max. I’m a big proponent of attacking a muscle group as quickly as possible, getting in and getting out, especially with the small ones. . A shorter workout/more intense stimulation + quicker recovery = the ability to train them more frequently = more growth. I prefer to hit calves, abs, delts, lower back 3-4 times a week. . This is one of my favorite finishers lately • 3-4 sets to failure with a weight you can handle for 8-12 reps • Without any rest, 1 burnout set to failure with 10lb plates or dumbbells . Playing around exercise placement can also be a game changer.
