The past 2 weeks I've only managed one fast per week!!! This isn't good enough..!!! First fast of the week today so aiming for a b2b fast today and tomorrow! I've also decided I'm only weighing myself once a week from now on too !! Daily weighing gets so tiring after doing it for well over a year. Yes I'm used to the fluctuations but they are draining... I don't need to see the ups and downs all the time!!! This week my weigh day will be on Friday I think!!! Unless I weigh Thursday after my #b2bfast 🤔🤔
Since starting intermittent fasting I’ve gotten quite a few messages about my #fastdays, specifically about what I eat and how I keep from being hungry. I would post more pictures of my food to give you ideas, but I basically eat the same thing for every fast day. I do get bored with my meals sometimes but it’s only 2 days a week so I don’t mind it. I change it up a little and swap cottage cheese for Greek yogurt or the tuna for shrimp or egg whites. And Hunger is definitely not an issue! This is just 1 of 2 meals I’ll eat today.
1 can of tuna packed in water, drained (with hot sauce), 2 Roma Tomatoes salted with sugar free balsamic vinaigrette, spring mix, 1 cup of chicken broth, low fat cottage cheese and a blackberry seltzer water 💃 255 Calories.
Its a sleepy friday morning with mum! HHWBA (holding hands while bumming around) sounds so good. I can’t believe how time flies by so fast! It’s the weekend again!! Hooorahhh!! Woof woof!

This weekend is gonna fly-by real quick. (Or floating?) A lot of things going on, like the Young Adult Conference. Was fun editing this, thanks bro @rondivu, I know you’ll be flying to the Philippines soon and starting a new journey.

Day 2/30 for #onplanapril was rice pudding (part HexA1) with choc spread (2.5) for breakfast. Had some left over porridge (half HexB and part HexA1) with choc spread (2) that my son left as well! Snacks of fruit, fruit and more fruit plus a hot choc (2) at work. Lunch was leftover rainbow cous cous (HexA2) with mayo (0.5), followed by fat free yogurt mixed with white choc powder (1). Dinner was Pinch of Nom honey and garlic chicken (1.5) with salad and pasta n sauce (0.5). Ending today on 10 syns and a whopping 2047 calories. Why I fast...thought this might be interesting to some! I decided to log the difference my fast days made to my weigh in results this week and it's so interesting. On Wednesday morning I was up 3lbs from the previous weeks weigh in on the Friday! I had my fast day Wednesday and by Thursday morning I was down 1.75lbs. Another fast day got my weight down by a further 1lb and then just doing my workout got it down by yet another 1.25lbs so essentially my entire weigh in result rested on my fast days! You can bet your ass I'll be doing the same thing again this week! #52diet#fastdays

I‘m still following my fasting scedual, but the last few days I did eat a bit unhealthy on my eating days. My sister got married on thueseday and I am soooo happy for her ❤️
Today I will only have a small breakfast and lunch and a big dinner with lots of veggies 😋
