If you saw my post yesterday introducing flower essences, you may be curious about how they’re made. How does this form of medicine that derives from plants become purely energetic in nature?
Flower essences are prepared by placing fresh flowers in pure water and infusing for a few hours under sun or moonlight. The flowers are then strained out and the infused water is preserved with a small amount of brandy. Similar to homeopathy, flower essences are diluted until they no longer contain physical properties of the flower. Because of their brief infusion period and significant dilution, flower essences do not contain herbal constituents (which are the components that make herbal medicine effective for the physical body and mind). Unlike herbal medicine, flower essences have no contradictions with other medications (unless alcohol is a concern). What remains after straining and dilution is the flower’s pure energetic signature in its highest vibrational form.
The photo above shows a buttercup flower essence that I made last spring/summer, infusing in sunlight. Buttercup is a gently supportive ally for those who struggle with self-doubt and low self-esteem due to not feeling successful by conventional standards. Today, exactly one year ago, I celebrated my birthday in India. My favorite place, my home. Not a single day passes by without me missing this place. But especially today, I miss Goas energy. The people, the love and the light. The hugs and the smiles. The sand on my feet and sun on my skin. The delicious food and the daily Yoga. .................................................................................. One year after my toughest period in my life, I have tears in my eyes when thinking about this time. It was a time full of pain. Physically as well as mentally. Nowhere else have I discovered the deepest shadows of myself. Nowhere else have I felt as miserable as in India. Nowhere else have I hurt people, including myself, as much as there. Yet, I look back and smile. Because it means that no other place has made me grow as much as India. .................................................................................. I truly feel thankful for this time and the people I have met. The past year was tough, yes! But I wouldn't want to miss any second of it. A year of transformation and self understanding has made me the person I am today. I am still learning, I am still struggling at times. But I became a strong and confident woman with a heart full of love and a mind full of dreams ❤🌌🙏
So grateful to have manifested Reiki into my life! Reiki has been a powerful influence for me in the year since I first experienced its healing energy. For those new to it, Reiki is a pervading energy field that we can tap into when we are properly attuned. It can act on the physical, subtle, and energetic bodies to help us gain awareness and restore balance.
If you haven’t ever experienced reiki, let’s talk!! I am excited to share this healing with the world. If you have, or if you are a practitioner yourself, let’s also talk! I’d love to connect with people to see how you incorporate reiki into your daily practices and what it has helped you with.
My go-to way of BE-ing is rushed and annoyed. I don’t wake up every day with a smile. But I CHOOSE to get in agreement with the Truth in my spirit, not what my thoughts and emotions are telling me.
It’s easy to lose sight of our truth and let our emotions run wild, especially during a busy and stressful work week. So before losing your cool at work or on the checkout line at the grocery store, try to be a little more mindful and present. One way to practice mindfulness is to stop and just BREATHE. Take these long, deep breaths: Inhale for 3 seconds, hold for 4, and exhale for 5. Do this at least 3x. It will help you find center again.
Another mindfulness tip is to stop what you’re doing and slow down for a bit. Whether this means taking a walk around the office or taking a few minutes to stand outside in the fresh air and sunshine. While you may feel like this is taking up too much of your time, taking a few minutes to reset will actually help you think clearer and work more efficiently later.
And lastly, give yourself a moment to feel some gratitude. Humans are much more likely to focus and dwell on something that’s gone wrong than on things that have gone well. Thinking this way every day means that you ultimately adopt an excessively negative and unbalanced way of thinking. Practicing gratitude and focusing on the positive makes you feel better and has been proven to boost creativity, quality of work, and helps improve communication in relationships. So take a minute to stop what you’re doing and reflect on 3-5 things you’re grateful for.

I can’t wait to share some of the exciting things I’m working on with some really amazing humans. I’m also teaching myself metal smithing so I can create healing wearables 💍 and I gotta be honest, metal smithing is waaaaay harder than it looks! When your life is attuned to what you esteem, even when things are not going the way you hoped or intended, you have a place in which you can be anchored, and you can be at peace.
It’s sometimes difficult to feel like we are not being punished by the universe. Some moments feel like there is absolutely no resolution to our current situation, no way out. We’ve all been there before. I’ve marinated there nearly my entire life and am slowly coming out of the pain. It’s quite a process and Its probably the most challenging task you will face in your life. but the fact that the “other side” of our problems DOES EXIST, and that we will eventually experience the joys of the other side, can bring hopefulness to hopelessness. Some days, that is all we need. The slightest feeling of being hopeful can push us through the temporary pain. Yet sometimes it’s the furthest thing from us and seems literally impossible. Remember this, if you are reading this post, you’ve made it through the absolute worst situations you’ve ever experienced in your life. That alone should give you some sort of feeling of being hopeful. You might be in the midst of a situation right now, but I absolutely promise you it WILL GET BETTER. We are all here to share our stories, the ups and the downs, the plot twists, the days of triumph and glory, the days of the lowest valleys known to man. Communicate with those around you and find comfort in the knowing that life is meant to be marvelous. Much love family <3333
So much energy coming in guys. I see it stirring up within so many, and more and more coming onto a spiritual path and activating. I truly believe you shouldn’t force anything on anyone, but when the time is right for THEM they will come to you. And as the grid keepers, Starseeds and light holders we’ll be ready to assist the best we can as our “lives” here and now continue on in our mission. It doesn’t matter what you do daily as an awakened one, we are all walks of life. But all share our light encoded DNA. Activating for others so they may activate is our true purpose no matter how we express it, and we do that by being there and sharing that light to spark their torch 🔥👽⚡️ -
