We went out today and spent 3 hours picking up the rubbish. We had a total of 3 bags full of rubish. Yet there is still more. We will start picking up more litter everyday.We have 12 years until these things are permanent you can easy make a start by •pick up rubbish

Hi everyone, welcome to my first post! This post might come across as abit stupid and obvious (you can just open the door and voila you're outside) But I decided to post it anyways because I still find myself struggeling with this alot and found that these things were quite helpful. Going outside is so so so important. People are basically made to live outside but many of us don't. According to research, the average american spends only 7% of their life outdoors. I was shocked by this number and also the fact that people used to be outside about twice as much a few years ago. It's something that is possible to change and since it's proven that staying indoors can have major health risks and going outside has alot of health benefits i think that it is important that we do.

Since this is my first post i wanted to give a small introduction to my account.
